LOVE POEM

Confused!
Confused, that’s what I am,
In a quandary,
The picture is a puzzle,
But some of the pieces don’t fit.
Like a beautifully written story,
But with some words that don’t make sense.
My feelings are in a muddle,
The good, the bad and the ugly,
Like three different coloured threads,
All twisted and knotted together.
Happy thoughts strangled by angry ones,
Just as a neglected rose is engulfed by vines.
As the song says I need a little time,
Some space to work it out,
Only I’m not sure that I can,
Should love and hate be this...

I can't wait
A gentle breathe that caresses my bare skin,
Soft boneless fingers comb my silky hair,
The warmth of her star kisses me as I lay there,
The wonderful natural cushion of mossy grass,
Creates a comfortable bed on which I stretch.
The feel of the breeze arouses me,
As secluded by her drapes of trees,
I display my unclothed body.
Serenaded by beautiful feathered friends,
Her floral scent fills the air,
Dreamily my mind and senses wonder,
Through fields of desire.
Fiery darts of orgasmic pleasure,
Spread swiftly from head to toe.
I can’t wait...

Remember all of you,
Each and everyone,
Men, women and children,
Every crede and colour,
Make sure you remember,
Brave and courageous,
Each and everyone.

Allowed us our freedom,
Never forget,

Died for us.

Rock Chick Lovers
Red full lips to lips, kiss
Over and over again,
Clothes of black and chains,
Kick arse music plays.
Cream white skin against skin,
Hands roam over bodies,
In tender caresses,
Clothes fall to the ground,
Kisses become fierce, tongues deep.
Lustful moans escape,
Orgasms build within us,
Vigorously we suck, lick and kiss,
Eating at the others table of love,
Reaching that high plain together,
Sweet tastes of nectar.
Over and over again,

I forgive you
You came into our ordered lives,
Mum said “now we were a proper family”
That I would be the same as my friends,
But I struggled to adjust, felt so confused,
For nearly ten years it had been just mum and me,
The two of us against the world.
You and mum didn’t rush me,
You accepted I wouldn’t call you dad straight away,
Things started ok, looking back I see now,
It was that cloak of calm that hid the true storm,
Then one day it happened the storm broke,
I don’t remember what I had done,
But the feelings of shock and disbelief still haunt me....

Anniversary, a time to reassess.
The first was new and exciting,
As we began our journey together.
The second we were still discovering,
Finding out what makes each other tick.
The third more settled, routine,
But love still in its prime.
The fourth was fair, full of care,
The love still very much there.
The fifth much the same as before,
The love boat steered calmly on.
The sixth brought heartache and joy,
A miscarriage, then a four legged friend.
The seventh brought calm back again,
No seven year itch for this couple.
The eighth came...
As we began our journey together.

A dish best served cold!
You reach for your phone as the text comes in,
Stealing a glance in my direction,
Checking to see if I have noticed,
I continue to focus on my laptop screen,
But I see you guiltily look at your phone,
You try to act normal as if the text is just from a friend,
Ha, yes its from a friend, one I'm not suppose to know about!
You text back and forth, all the while keeping one eye on me,
You think I don't know, that I don't notice,
I notice how you nip to the bathroom for a quick wash,
the change of underwear too, before you annouce,
"I'm just...

Self
Hair that’s the colour of walnut wood,
Soft and silky waves of curls that fall to my shoulders.
My eyes are blue pools to my inner spirit.
Naturally rosy full cheeks,
Lips that can be as gentle as a butterfly,
Or as sharp as a bee sting.
Broad shoulders to bear life’s knocks,
Strong arms to hold loved ones close,
Hands that softly caress,
Full motherly breasts, that are completely natural.
Mother natures own round stomach,
Is mirrored in mine.
Hips that ease childbearing,
Sturdy legs of average length,
To support me as I tread...

Life after kids?
I must confess,
I’m in a little distress.
I used to be sure,
But I’m not any more.
Everything made sense,
Straightforward not intense.
Nothing was a puzzle,
Never any trouble.
I knew what my life was about,
Easy with no doubt.
The same routine,
Like a familiar scene.
Why did it have to change,
Now its all strange.
I was simply me,
Oh god I feel like a trainee.
We were a two,
As the years flew,
Our team score,
Changed to four.
Continued through life,
With very little strife.
Past...
I’m in a little distress.

Discovery
Always the last to know,
That’s what they say.
Not this wife though,
Cos I found out today.
The family are unaware,
They think everything is sweet.
If I told them would you care?
But our life is not that neat.
I had my suspicions,
Didn’t want to believe.
Little hints and my intuitions,
That you would deceive.
I had the evidence to prove it,
In front of me, right here.
But I want you to admit,
You’ve wronged me that’s clear.
Guess you thought it wouldn’t harm,
To be a little indiscreet,...
