Crushing DU
Ten days in and under
A cover riveted with angst-ful wonder
Splendor infested desires unwinding
Golden peach hands churning time
Hourglasses overflowing with secondhand rhymes
times metaphor whores getting any rate they desire
Making every punch a deadly blow
rendering the count obsolete
with such relentlessly considerate refined precision
Yielding known's unfettered zone astray
Illuminating the caverns of void
Awakening in your labyrinth's zenith
Teeming with a higher frequency...

Pun infested opiate
They raised their glasses
to the huddled masses
Cheers-ing them for their magnificent willingness to amass
Under such devious
and crass mastery by a syllabus
from a class
they can't even take
taught by incubus and succubus substitutes
in the fast lane
on a crash course
to untold disasters
The class
A glorified puppet show
On the open stage
Holding
Pulling
even showing all the strings
Handing out falsified freedom certificates
and passing around fake freedom rings
...

Terrible Affliction
Withholding love to get affection
Vying for it shouldn't be about competition
Such a terrible affliction.
It is given when not received
and complied with when not believed.
Why do we proceed?
And where is the reprieve?
And how can we proceed
without receiving
without belief
when there's no reprieve?
It's just how it goes I suppose.
Love without transgression or repose,
to the bottom of the crimson birthing
of the sweet velvet
to the blossoming red rose.
Rise and shine my dearest of dears, ...
Vying for it shouldn't be about competition

Hashtag Air Balloons
Over-inflated by the latest article--
Blowing hot air through hashtag air balloons-
Discussion turned argument over the birds and the bees,
like oranges versus apples
or comparing a yawn to a sneeze –
Silly fucking alley cats all trying to be Siamese.
...fighting a raging storm
when all we need is to ride the breeze
When oh when will we attain the eagle's eye view...
ending these befuddlings
and setting fire to the eschewal
Blowing hot air through hashtag air balloons-

Womb
Metamorphosis through this eternal abyss...
My muscles' entrails aching for the splendor of a purpose worth remembering.
They crawl and bellow and howl and cringe to awaken in this dream's pursuit of actualizing potential in forever's now.
The path before me echoes with the ripples of choices past,
but I must go on to experience the fullness of this perfect circle.
The pulsating womb of existence naturally takes its course.
Storms arise out of the thinnest of airs,
and dissipate just as well.
Subsiding into the eye of this...

The Devil's Playground
I have seen you here before
Looming, and smiling, and playing with the venom
As if it were a harmless toy
Well, I’ve just one thing to say,
If I may, boy..
That snake don’t bite.
Well, not in the light of this day anyhow.
And not in any way you could tell
By the way you’re blindly wandering
Without a care through this illuminated hell.
But, before we get too far ahead of ourselves..,
Let me see if I can’t help you out a bit here,
If I may-
See, I’ve made this wager with the devil,
And he gives me allowances here...

Threading with broken needles
Praying on needles
and playing with broken glass
Prouncing around on these eggshells
was never meant to last
From the sharpest of pessimists
to the dullest optimist
And all the dolls and follies in-between
It's like hallelujah all the way through ya
like the heavenliest of wet dreams
She'll swallow your soul
for just one bowl
And laugh until you scream
Don't let her fool ya
You're just a tool to her
to suckle on as you bleed
Knee deep in shallow water
was never the place to be
...

You weave and thread,
revert and spread
jumping to conclusions
based on self-imposed deductions
of observations deluded by
the likes of your intrusions
of the visual sphere
i'm not talking your run of the mill
visual cortex projections and flawed altercations,
invoked hallucinatory -- auditory, olfactory
evoking demons you can't see
in yourself through me
wait, no, that's exactly what I'm talkin' bout
while you shift and spout
masking and ...

Some fun from a noob
This strange creature is gonna eatcha, spit you back out only in a last ditch effort to teach ya..
It's not about what you know or how you know it, it's about disassembling and re-constructing the dots in a way that's poetic..
Whether it be Cartesian in complexity, looping through the streams of knowing enough to divine a deity unable to pull the wool over your eyes disproving it is almighty,
Or enlightened in its deep simplicity,
Maybe lost in romance,
or mad rapping in a trance--
dancing through worlds of lunacy with a...
