The cycle continues, another year ebbs and a new one begins.
Her fresh new breeze rapidly engulfed by old joys or old pain
Suffocated by old hate or old love,
drenched in old apathy and old passions.
The cycle continues and our eyes fail to see.
Instead we stand on the precipice of yesterday's tomorrows
chasing what we have already discarded.
