im not a poet,....i'm simply a crazy Jamaican girl that hates to write my feelings, but some how i feel compelled to, its a curse really, i'm not too sure, i just feel like i should tell the world how i feel. that my story and im sticking to it.

awakening
have u ever dreamed you were dreaming
and when u wake-up
you come to realize
you're still lost
somewhere between dreams?....
have you ever loved
and lost?
a day comes
where you're older...
you then realize
it was the best moment of your past
and if only
you could do anything
just to get it all
back?.....
have u ever had
a glance ?...
an awakening
in your childhood
where you felt you could fly
and you...
and when u wake-up
you come to realize
you're still lost

our last conversation
ready she said...

am ready!
was the three word's
she used
"for i have lived my life"
and i have done
all was needed to do...
but why is it
so hard grandma
so hard
to let you go
"sometimes in life"
she said
the best things
is the hardest to do...
we exchange memories
ideas as
we laugh
and in those little beady eyes of her's
her joy fill's my heart
we are here for a reason
she said ...

never thought
i could love this,
want this,
being caught up,
it would feel so unbearable
to let go.
i want him
this sin is unlike
anything i've ever tasted before.

NAKED SHAME
Effortlessly
i layed
Expressionless.......
As
I watch
as he made love to me
His moans
excruciating
And with no soul
I cried
For with me
He bears no control
his apologies
brings forth
brutality
As my naked body
Promise blood
To both floors
And wall's in every room
I lay there
lifeless
My heart beat so hard
I swear to god ...

TIME
forward....
how can i
if its so hard,
i'm barely living in the present
and all i see in my future
is my past.......
my dried up tears
has become crystallized
my frown
permanent!
my emotion
living and breathing.....
is this how i will remain?
a breathtaking work of art
that reads
sadness?
never able
to move from my past
i have perfect the arts
of time.....
like a flute
its music speaks journey ...
how can i
if its so hard,

sky god......
i breath in power
your air i breath
i watch myself gaze at your mysteries
as i found myself awaken
i float beyond my wildest dream's........
moon goddess........
i felt you deep within me
i dance in your moon light
as the drum of freedom compelled me
i dance to become free.......
fire warriors
you hold such mysteries
as i'm consume by flame

A LETTER TO KAMAHL
my dear friend
there's no words
that can take your pain away,
and there is also no one on earth
that could give the joy your mom has giving you.
sorry is not even the word you want to hear right now
and being with friends
is the last thing on your mind.
i know!
im just here to say i understand what your going through
because i have been there
my mom has pass 11 year's now
but it still feel's like this very second,
its sad to say my dear but
we all must accept and embrace the balance of life
because there's nothing we...
there's no words
that can take your pain away,

as i use word sound with power
to beat on your brain like a higher level of meditation........
