A Beautiful War
A Rose grew with seven pedals
as each pedal plucked
each one represents
a broken piece of
the seven stages of true love
what love suppose to mean
act of falling in love
most famous stage of them all
lust and desired taste
feelings of attachment and commitment
just a thought of appreciation
appreciating the fact I'm attracted to you
while your falling in love
in our meaningful conversation
entitled to this chemical romance
logic mix with reason is apathetic
but our pride and motivation ...

Love that Never was
following the curve
of my hand,
A bottle filled with Ink
The pen starts to cry
dripping on paper,
with every tear drop,
telling a beautiful story,
how your lips became the gun,
your smile was the trigger,
& your kisses were the bullets,
how I labeled you a killer,
inhaling your beauty,
drawn by your scent,
a feeling I couldn't describe,
how this poison you called love,
injected into my veins
hitting every line,
flowing deep within me,
I have nothing to fear,
your the only person
I trust and believe,...
of my hand,

My journey
A young poet
with no vision
only a Kid
with a dream
a nightmare I couldn't escape
corrupted by anger
later evolved to hate
to the point where I wrote a letter
how I was better off dead
only way to release my stress
just wanted to write
writing was a drug
the words were a dose to ease the pain
I wrote every time I was angry
expressing my feelings in a way
to release all the bad memory
into writing short stories
i was stuck in my shy and passive shell
till one day i told myself

The Truth
The truth shall set you free
but does it really
No solutions
Without damaging
only to expose you
this world is an illusion
covered up in chaos and confusion
with lies you may get ahead
it has speed
but the truth has endurance
in telling the truth
you don't have to remember anything
but if you lie
it gets caught up in a spider web
trapped in its own lie
because who will lie for you
is the same person
that will lie against you
the truth will never lie
the truth fears no question
it fears no one
respect...
but does it really

just relaxing
letting all my words fall
crumble from the mind
depicting my thoughts
writing every word; every line
my heart wants to be heard
had to send it out
honesty is the best policy
its a poisonous pill
since love is my opponent
breathe love in deeply
meditate your breathe

difficult to make love work

blinded to see how much your worth

In the moment;
loss of words
the betrayal of love
weighs a heavy burden
the feeling of no trust
or desire in believing
and misconceiving truth
in the moment;
I was blinded by a lie,
with many stories untold,
looking far beyond the path,
thinking there is no way to look back,

with secrets untold
and memories to behold
changing my ways
bringing brighter days

A hole in the Heart
A hole in the heart
it bleeds slow
leaving a trail
trail of tears
painful memories
I had to hear
pain and agony
what kills me slowly
like a nightmare
it never ends
constantly replaying
over and over again
fear consumes me
from a believer to a doubter
no faith
no glory
just living in a make belief story
the light is fading
life seems dull
when my heart beats
it beats with no feeling
no rhythm
no sound
its breaking apart
even with the right pieces
it will never fit
my soul is dripping...

The Sailor
A sailor on a voyage sailed the deep sea
in searching for the woman from his dream
countless days and nights the sailor had spent
chasing the sweet essence scent
with the waves carrying him forward
telescope at hand looking out
seeking for his lost soul mate
months and months has gone by
voyaging underneath the dark sky
mother nature foreshadowed
that love was in disguise
with the thunder and lighting striking
the sailor had waited out the storm
by writing letters of his journey
in searching for lost love
storm has cleared...

Listen closely to the pain in my voice....
The method of choice with words I chosed to use...
slowly unraveled breaking the chains that weighed heavily on my heart....
Witness the view of a dreamer that's fading...
To a place called memory lane...
Remembering happy moments I had with my family....
But now it seems it was just a dream...
That every year at the table...
We were considered as one,,,
Not split into increments that we no longer fit...
