too much dysfunction
it wasnt the same i couldnt find joy in her smile today
all i could think is wow shes given everything
and takes care of nothing
it was obvious we were pretending to want to be around each other
the night ended early
i couldnt respect all of her anymore
i felt surrounded by only the degenerates and it was depressing me.
so i pulled the hermit card and called other people on my phone list in hopes i might make friends with the normal ones again.
all i could think is wow shes given everything

tip toe ive got to glow on that dance floor to a beat i cant meet in the street
oh shit i forgot how to dance
i move to the music but my body betrays me im better at writing now
so i kinda forgot about the club scene
now id rather go to a poetry reading and drink a smoothie
lol am i getting old
i prefer a great stereo to most live shows i know im betraying keeeping it real but yeah crowds quiet in between.

underneath it all lies a thin layer of frozen blood
ive recommended they stop honking the horn
it rattles my insides and crowds are to much
quiet is not enough
i bought a bottle of wine gonna drink it down with some pain pills on some random night
moderation is the key

IM LOOKING FOR A POT OF SILVER
THE LEPROCAN ATE THE GOLD

AND IM LOOKING TO RIDE THE RAINBOW ON A SLED IN THE LIFE OLYMPICS

deep un con to the science
digital world im in 1950 living in 2050's morals what happened to solitude and grace till you found that special place that special someone who makes you give up all others and the two of you vanish without a trace... con me i say to technology go ahead take my money you took my love now he flees to the man made the money the trade all on that fancy digital phone in that digital taxi... if i lived in 1950 i would be ok at least my food wouldnt be genetically mutated by science... whats wrong with a women staying at home while he goes out and gets it for the family thats what the 1950s were...

eating punches striking and luscious ive scrapped ive cut with a knife ive had a gun threat u aint scared when u believe dying isnt scary or sad i have lots of lives to live like bloody sheets and a cross on your wall n all planes into the abyss ive been missed but i miss more listening to the music got me typing fast rural plural purple in lingo like a better tomorrow and no fear of death only a fear of a loss of my freedom and being happy alone damn im cold i trumped the old school rules i dance to the new tune and meditate to the blues

I've opened the paintings
enjoying acrylic rain
their doors had been locked
unleashed the hounds of brush strokes
no one knew my abstract ideals
or the dance of each stroke
no one knew my color scheme
or the no mistake law
layers of paint like
the epidermis was drawnby god
all shades so beautiful
reds and yellows
tanning in the sun
we are all blank canvas in the begining
it is the world that designates what is beauty
however who would hang you in their living room
if your colors weren't perfect
if you weren't framed but...

Enjoy the ride
enjoy the night
live like royalty in your mind
swallow the music
listen to your food
enjoy the shower
bathe your friends with smiles
inherit the wisdom of a homless person
let them enjoy the shower
enjoy that there is a tomorrow
live life how you want
and enjoy the times you feel as pure as an infants innocence
enjoy simplicity and embrace complexity
dream and pray to help those you love
remember time is your friend

getting out the funk or not that is the question
forbidden to me it seems is the land of riches
sadness is what i know
happiness is what i beg god for
anger fuels my agenda
darkness fills my head and i cant get over the past abuse
so ive melded into the lifestyle of what is called lower class
living off very little
with very little extra help
tired of the bussus and sadness i feel for the injustice of homelessness
a sense of giving up and fighting just to try has become the norm
tell me lord what is my purpose
why was i born?
sadness is what i know
happiness is what i beg god for
anger fuels my agenda
darkness fills my head and i cant get over the past abuse
