Existance
You open your eyes in your dark cage of existence, feeling your captor’s presence. Except they did not build the cage you are in, you did. Instead of metal bars, you are trapped by the lies you’ve told, the hearts you’ve broken and everything you have ever done wrong.
Body ties the knots in the ropes, keeping your wrists and ankles tightly bound, no chance for escape. He pokes at the bruises covering your body, reminding you that he is always there.

I remember the pain I used to feel
But when I met you
I just couldn't conceal
I knew there was something different
Something that lead me astray
The same pain I felt that day
You take it all away
You're the sweet sting of a razor
You're the appeal of the pills
You're the taste of liquor
You're the highs and chills
You replace all my addictions
You became my new thrill
Please wont you come back to me
Before my dammed soul spills
But when I met you
I just couldn't conceal
I knew there was something different

A girl will remember everything you said to her
Everything you did to her
And anything you might think she forgot.
She remembers that you got a sprite on May 11th
She remembers because she was dying to ask you for a sip, but I was too busy starving herself
You didn’t even notice
She remembers when your friend insulted her twice
And when you did nothing
She remember the first time you said you loved her.
She screamed and fell to her knees, empting her stomach so that she could be as perfect as you thought she was

It was cold, freezing actually, the rain wouldn’t let up. I felt your presence across the courtyard, your gaze on my back. I tried to ignore it. It’s not that people mean to be hurtful
It’s a lack of understanding
A lack of education
It feels like they only see it
As some kind of animal
A monster, a mutant
At the zoo
In a cage
For them to goggle and gawk at
And poke with a stick
It’s all the same to them
Proper titles don’t matter
Only the labels
I wish we didn't have to wear one
A label with big black letters in bold
FREAK
It’s not that they mean to be hurtful
Its only human nature to be
Hesitant and afraid of what we don’t understand ...

I made a mistake
I thought we were through
It seemed like it was nothing new
And now its just the jealous spark
To show me that its you, I need you
I'm sorry she was just a crush
And I've made a huge mistake
She might have a pretty face
But you're the one I love so dear
And its killing me that you're not here
You're away in her arms
And those poems are for her
But I deserve it, I left you
High and dry, I left you

I would push you to the nearest wear and kiss you so hard you forget your name, slide my fingers through your soft hair, bite your lip, make you moan.
