POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I began writing poetry once when there was no toilet paper
What is a poor plant to do?
It all started with the invention of the Crapper.
[Thomas Crapper, a Plumber who installed and sold so many toilets they became known as Crappers. He did not invent it, but he did invent the Ballcock]
The whole concept of
flushing away DooDoo
instead of returning
it back to the earth,
Although it did indeed drastically increase
the health and welfare of the people,
created a new modern malaise
whereby the valuable nutrients and minerals
that the plant world is starved of,
gets flushed...

"I had no desire to use. Do you know what thats like, for a junkie?"
Hello, a friend of mine got hooked on heroin,
you know, she says she can quit, but you know how that goes.
I did not expect much help from treatment centers,
as they probably cost a whole lot, and you gotta have
insurance, plus, they dont seem to work.
I am a big news fan of "the daily beast", which
is pretty reputable, and when they printed an article
that described a drug that, after a psychedelic trip,
where you put yourself into the care of others, while you
are on this awake-while-dreaming state, and all these demons come...

chicks and cuddlings
Maria was telling me today
how her dad brought home
a hundred chicks and ducklings.
He put newspaper down in a bedroom
they all lived in there
it was a most wonderful sight
for a day.
In the morning
There was no longer any trouble
with the children
not waking up
In the morning
as they all rushed
to see the room full
of fluffy yellow chicks
In the morning,
The paper needed changing
and a dead chick
here and there.
Her dad put out water in bottle caps
but they were not...

Vampiress Bat
I loved her, I told her
She gave me her shoulder
Then turned, and pulled me down to my knees
Then Dragged me through forest and trees
After an hour,
Back at her shack
I saw Piles of bones
A kettle black
I was ordered stoop
and peel onions for soup
To make a big mound
While I Sat on the ground
She bounded off grunting
Soup goody hunting
That's it!
I'll Give...

She was twenty two and I was...
I took a crap on the neighbor's lawn
He didn't mind or he didn't let on
I asked his daughter out to lunch
She came and played and stayed for brunch
I took advantage of her virginity
I convinced her sin is forgiven
and she needed some livin'
Her daddy came out to impale me
All he found was the wooden tree
I hid behind and kicked his knee
She was twenty two and I was twenty three
We ran away and lived at sea
In a boat and caught reality
We gathered berrys guided by fairies
found corn from the fields

worm
I am just a worm.
I live
under the ground
eating dirt
I would not last long above
in the hustle bustle world of
tossed around love
I will stay
underground,
If I had eyes,
eyes get filled with dirt
I would always be crying
if I had eyes
because I am terribly sad
A terribly sad worm
who eats dirt out of penance and pleasure
As I enjoy wallowing in my own excrement
Eating it on occasion
It's all dirt to me
I'm banished from the world of sunshine
if...

effervescence of the vanities excerpts from a time gone by
in a moment of being high the cannibals will try
You know that feeling when you are out in the rain and it is midnight and you are lost in the forest of your back yard and you start singing like you and the raidrops are the only person listening even though it is quite crowded and the neighbors are yelling out their windows, "shadddup I am trying to get some sleep...

ticklish?
I am a proud daddy of a 12 yr old boy.
He is very imaginative.
The other day he read that
"you can't tickle yourself"
Well, always up for the challenge,
pretty shortly, he was able to tickle himself.
Not to be outdone by anybody,
after sleeping on the subject,
he complained that his underarms were now
feeling like they were being constantly tickled,
even though nobody was even touching him.
Fortunately he was able to get his mind off of the whole thing
by making up a game with his brother and sister...

innocence of the rotten
A few years ago, I wrote to a pen-pal
that had illness in her family,
to, as President Bush once famously said,
"Bring it on", I told the evil spirit that was laying
this family low, to turn his attention to me.
Well, it did.
I sensed the ominous dark creature
I became ill,
The evil force
far greater than myself,
had come to feed.
At some point I had to cut ties,
my promise of aid
and the beast passed over me.
That was a close call.
years later,
in my happy go lucky
on-line...

More Fish in the Sea
This one is about
me being
totally in love
with a playful child
Her smile Detonates a rhapsody
brilliant paradise
Fireworks of joy,
Misconstrued as eternity,
I awaken, wasted
Money gone
alone
Marrow Sucked out of the bone
I will survive
Allow me but a few lumps of time,
So I can sacrifice myself again
waiting for your call, some bit of
attention,
Or, maybe not
Your blinding gaze

Witch (Hot Potato Version)
This is the "Hot Potato" continuation to a poem
written by author Nikkimoe.
At the end of this poem you the reader will be tossed the
Hot Potato. Read at your own risk.
The Poetic Hot Potato Passes to the author.
... We find our witch on a bed of leaves,
...Dead leaves, that is,
A sorry witch
submitting to
relenting to
her fate
Judged and sentenced
By God Triton
Horrific crimes
seen through the lense
Of the known Universe
Became trivial
in the light of...

It seemed like a whole year was wasted,
being irritated at these people inflating and deflating
Try Sensa, get a free months supply
then you read the fine print and you have to return the
