POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Do I exist? That is hard to say, When nobody looks your way.
Intruder
What I can never be.
An intruder sneaking in,
I hope its not me.
A facade inside this sin.
Bleeding out, slow.
Digging deeper,
Only for it all to throw.
This sin a keeper.
The voices call,
With a small beep.
A thought so tall,
I can't go to sleep.
Their wants crawl,
Under my fair skin.
A sense of brawl,
I'll never hold within.
Take me deeper please,
Don't let me get away.
Please be a tease,
Never let to morals stay.
An intruder sneaking in,
I hope its not me.
A facade inside this sin.
Bleeding out, slow.
Digging deeper,
Only for it all to throw.
This sin a keeper.
The voices call,
With a small beep.
A thought so tall,
I can't go to sleep.
Their wants crawl,
Under my fair skin.
A sense of brawl,
I'll never hold within.
Take me deeper please,
Don't let me get away.
Please be a tease,
Never let to morals stay.

Demon Glass
Look at me, a dead man walking.
But then we got to talking.
I'm a demon, and I love you.
You're a demon hunter, it's true.
You never told me, till I discovered.
The enemy sign I uncovered,
On your chest, above your heart.
I felt myself fall apart.
You run, and I can only cry.
To stop you, why didn't I try?
The world doesn't look the same.
Kissing me was only a game.

Revenge
I'm living a moment,
That doesn't exist.
I swear, I'm broken,
I know this best.
But then I don't even,
Know myself fully,
Nor this demon
(And he can be unruly).
So I ask you now,
Do you understand?
Do you question how,
We stand?
Because, I do.
Because I'm not strong.
So I question you,
How are we not wrong?
So maybe, just maybe,
You can tell me.
I'm fragile like a daisy,
So please don't tell me.
No matter how hard,
I ask, I beg.
I hope I won't be heard,
About this revenge.
That doesn't exist.
I swear, I'm broken,
I know this best.
But then I don't even,
Know myself fully,
Nor this demon
(And he can be unruly).
So I ask you now,
Do you understand?
Do you question how,
We stand?
Because, I do.
Because I'm not strong.
So I question you,
How are we not wrong?
So maybe, just maybe,
You can tell me.
I'm fragile like a daisy,
So please don't tell me.
No matter how hard,
I ask, I beg.
I hope I won't be heard,
About this revenge.

Witch Hunt
Tied me tight to a cross, I look longing at the sky
"Penitence for your crime! Penitence and your life!"
If I pray, who will hear? I am drowning in their cheers
"Devotion turned to dusty tombs"
If my love was just a curse then I have only tears to shed
"Penitence for your crime! Penitence and your life!"
Let it light, let it burn out bright and with it all your spite
"Feel now the weight of death and soon…"
"Penitence for your crime! Penitence and your life!"
If I pray, who will hear? I am drowning in their cheers
"Devotion turned to dusty tombs"
If my love was just a curse then I have only tears to shed
"Penitence for your crime! Penitence and your life!"
Let it light, let it burn out bright and with it all your spite
"Feel now the weight of death and soon…"

Not Like I'd Care, Now.
Can you even read the blackboard written clear as can be?
Can you even read his mind? See that kid’s lost fantasy?
Can you even find the one who dyed his red heart to black?
Hey, who could it be?
Hey, someone tell me!
Can you even solve the question with your abacus yet?
Can you even stop the rope from hanging him by his neck?
Did we really choose it right saying we’re okay this way?
Hey just tell me how
Hey just tell me how!
Can you even say the formula of area now?
Can you even scream the...

A Game
My first life was so boring just forget mentioned it
And my second seemed to let me do all of the things my first life didn't
Third life was a hateful man all poison to the bone
In my fourth, I played piano but just didn't have the eyes to read the notes
In my fifth life, I supported girls - of course that wasn't all
My sixth life was corrupted though I guess it was little fun
Seventh life I cried so much and all I did was mourn
In my eighth life, was so rich I could've bought the world and EVERYTHING
In this life is a game played by a flaky...

Screen
I will forsake everything I am
If it would help you win the dead
Dreams fly on heavy wings
Broken wings upon broken things
A smile across a billion wire
Of the words I see, I will never tire
A generic picture on a screen
I just want to see what I mean
Who are you, these words hit deep
They're kind, gentle, and sweet
You give me a hint, and walk away
Is that really what you meant to say?
If it would help you win the dead
Dreams fly on heavy wings
Broken wings upon broken things
A smile across a billion wire
Of the words I see, I will never tire
A generic picture on a screen
I just want to see what I mean

The Future Disease
The purring of satisfied guilt,
Wrapped in a morning dew quilt.
The phosphate lining, potency,
Laughing stalk I'll never be.
A drench mimicry, of ugly poison.
The softness of a war begun.
Step off the corpses, dirty feet.
There's life in this empty street.
Metallic taste in our baked bread,
Emptiness that's never dead.
We struggle under our own escape,
We fly away with our invisible cape.
Wrapped in a morning dew quilt.
The phosphate lining, potency,
Laughing stalk I'll never be.
A drench mimicry, of ugly poison.
The softness of a war begun.
Step off the corpses, dirty feet.
There's life in this empty street.

War Begun
I found life on the empty streets
Maybe I should dissipate the potency of this poison
Windows that stretch far above my head
Light giving in
This castle of metallic sin
Voice call, but so utterly soundless
The waves of anger roll like a virus
and though, we cannot see
The haplessness in the kindness we spread
And those we suffocate in our shadows
There is a nothingness in living
that creeps into our dismay
An eternalness in the empty buildings
Built from metal and sun
Stop, the war has begun
Maybe I should dissipate the potency of this poison
Windows that stretch far above my head
Light giving in
This castle of metallic sin
Voice call, but so utterly soundless
The waves of anger roll like a virus
and though, we cannot see
The haplessness in the kindness we spread
And those we suffocate in our shadows
There is a nothingness in living

An eternalness in the empty buildings
Built from metal and sun
Stop, the war has begun

Don't Accept Me
Why do I push you away,
But then look for you?
You come to me every day,
But when you're gone,
I wait for you.
Why do I hug you,
But refuse your love?
You try to love, its true,
But I won't let you.
My emotions I shove.
But then look for you?
You come to me every day,
But when you're gone,
I wait for you.
Why do I hug you,
But refuse your love?
You try to love, its true,
But I won't let you.
My emotions I shove.

Victim
My eyes close, the world is gone.
Nothing there, nothing wrong.
I hold on, soothing to sleep.
My paralysis, I'm in too deep.
On the hunters beck and call.
Who am I, I cannot fall.
The world is gone, I am alone.
Wait, there's someone home.
Who are they, victim in the mirror.
They look like me, lies so sheer.
They smile, like me they cry.
But the victim can only die.

Sweet Thing, Little Thing
Sweet thing, little thing,
Do you know how to sing?
Are you mute? Well Dear?
Dear, control your fear.
Pushed out of the nest,
Momma says "Do your best!"
With a note scribbled,
The meaning almost riddled.
She says the mother's words,
But the truth burns.
She was never around,
Little one can't make a sound.
Sweet thing, little thing,
Want a diamond ring?
Daddy can't buy it, too bad.
Momma wants it too, so sad.
You've been ignored,
A constant lock on the door.
It never opens, I know....
