POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Poetry keeps me semi-sane.
Sunday Thighs
God laid down to rest in his
Sunday best and scraped off the face
He used to warmly welcome a taste.
Dead as his idea and the idea of him, I sat beside him and created God in the same instance. I rejected his sullen features and glass eyes showing reprise, for I knew far better the idea of my creation. Man creates God as a representation of chaos, but the chaotic few chase existence in the present tense. Now bleeds into then, him and I dream into them, copies of copies breed inside our minds until we no longer breathe life into them. This, a memory. That, a thought. No line...

Girl On Fire
She is the shadow of the valley of death
Though I fear no evil
My thoughts are dispersed by her breath
This girl and her army
March down along my spine and
Tendrils of fire teethe
On my scars and their creeping
Displacement.
She asks if I can mend her
If she was a fire, she would want me to tend her
Her words are hash, and her features resin
They are the cure to the disease
That I wasn't aware
I had even contracted
Until my mind had already retracted.

Stillborn
Fetal
Tiny fingers clasp around an umbilical cord and weave it into a noose
A boy of 9 months twirls it between his fingers as he contemplates the choices of his next few moments
It chafes against his skin as he slips it around his neck
They'll play it off as a misscariage, not as an effect of pre-birth depression
Abortion by choice
He itches for the feeling of death
Like the smell of alcohol on his mother's breath
He wants the fetal position to become associated with rigor mortis
But tiny arms can only reach so far
And it's hard to hang yourself...

MORMON LOVE
The bucket from whence this
paint was poured was attached
to the hand of the girl I
adored.
It's a shame that it took so
long for me to see, that it
was really me that was so
wrapped up in she.
Now it's too late to say
even a word, I've missed
my minute minute to be
heard.
If wishes were fishes
I would surely be drowning,
it would just kill me to
see her frowning---
not when the weighted
question within my cheek
is asked, but when the
relationship ceases to last
My tongue is vulgar...

Madness (A Collection Of Cinquains)
Clown *Ankle Biter* (Syllabic-Butterfly)
Planted
In fields of wheat
Among the tiers of grain
The mold for a new wet casting
Consumed
Leaves death to wander spatial planes
Unearths collective thought
Breeds unwed love
Acid
Don’t Stop, You’re Not Dead Yet (Syllabic)
Detune
Breakthrough dead head
Medicate on the pipe
You couldn’t live this life sober
You’re dead
Blood Ties (Rhyming)
A twinge and a twitch, held hostage in
a rotting situation, condemned by a thought, ...

Cuts
The blade, the blade
woe to thee upon the blade
fade
like blame as it drips down, the blade
the blood- the harlot(the dove)
feign the love you
drain
like the savior who never came
Slit-slit-slit your vein in vain, by and
bye
uselessly you cry
still you say you're fine
mine
you're mine
not me
just mine
in time
you'll find
just be
not me
but we
in time
woe to thee upon the blade
fade

Dread Locked
This melancholia rapes me from where I sit, clipping the petals from my bloom
Their intrinsic beauty passes before my bloodshot eyes as they drift like feathers
Settling gracefully on the splintering and decaying floor
They putrefy at my virulent touch
Desolate wings veil my being and sever my earthly tether
Smothering the altruistic sun and robbing me of its warmth.
If only I could pierce the incessantly beating heart of that which entombs me
Peel myself away from its crystalline structure
And become free from its bitter touch...

Silent=Heartless?
Some carbon copy black ink blot
Fell on a razor's day to rot
A death's eyeless stare to
Bear witness to a textbook blood eruption
From a useless life deduction
A yearbook commemoration
A few days spent crying
An impending silence
Attention whores
Breed
Psychic vampires
Breed
Hysteria martyrs
Breed
Sliver junkies
Its all the same
We're all just slaves to
Another's emotion
Lost in the commotion
Its easy to lie and say
You actually care
When other words seem
Ineffably dim
I didn't...

The Craze Days
I’ll have what he’s having,
aNother drag on a black day
burns the Ash on my tongue and
fills the aBscess of tar within my
Split brain.
right brain, lEft brain
why can’t we all get aloNg and become a
central system of cooperaTion
cross thEse lines and dot our eyes while
a present remedY starts wars
within oursElves and against an
unStoppable force.
blunt paIn stubs
roach staiN,
pineapple grenade Feigns
wraith shamE.
smoke staCk pollution seals our
death bed reTribution as
speech vomItus defeats our
bought Out...

Aversion to Fescue
My tongue tastes of the acrid breath that crystallizes my lungs verde
Pale blue eyes slip back and forth erratically, chasing the acrobats of some phantom Cirque Du Soleil
The pungent smell of a blade's genocide swims up through my burning nostrils
I feel the itch building up inside, scratching at my throat, threatening to suffocate me.
Where the fuck are my pills?

Intangible Breath
I waked the dead to widow my pride
Remark, to be wed to the corpse’s bride
Dark red blight, a blood moon begins this murdercade
A midnight grave light deathscapade
Developing within this maggot eating flesh
A reason as thin as plastic coated wire mesh
You called it a sin to love with this much passion
But I can't be satisfied with this sexual inter ration
In a change of events, the raven screams “EVERMORE!”
Love inside this intensity breathes NEVERMORE
Pretzel crumbs drown in the acid of their segregation
I shouldn’t desire to prey on...
