I'm sorry for not wanting to be perfect.
Although you say i can.
I'm sorry i have an attitude.
It's part of who i am.
I'm sorry i'd rather not be an angel.
I just don't want to be.

"Mom"
I'm not supposed to miss you.
I'm not supposed to care.
I'm not supposed to grow up,
Wishing my "mom" was here.
I'm not supposed to wonder where you are,
Or think of what you're up to.
I know i'm not supposed to think you'll change.
I can't help it, i still do.
I'm not supposed to stand up for you.
When others bring you down.
I do it anyways.
Although you weren't and still aren't around.

I know in my heart you never will.

I Hate:
I hate that laugh. I hate that smile.
I hate that voice. Begging me to stay awhile.
I hate how you make me feel.
And the way you say my name.
I hate that look you give to me.
I hate that I'm to blame.
I hate the way you make me hurt.
And the way you make me cry.
I hate the way I let you close.
And how you tare me inside.
I hate the way we fight.
I hate how we grew apart.
I hate your attitude.
I hate how I let you break my heart.
I hate a lot of things about you.
Especially because I could never hate you.

heart is a safe. it is locked away.
nobodys trusted. she always gets hurt.
doesn't care. or believe a word.
has never been in love. or known what love is.
until he came along. and answered all of it..

Blood
Blood slowly dripping. Everywhere on the floor around me.
Every cut my every scream. With every cut and sting.
I know I made you a promise. I broke it I already noticed.
I will not say sorry. I will be fine.
Stop your worry. Blood slowly reaping.
Off my arm and through my sleeve. I am done trying to be perfect.
I know I'm not gonna be able to prove it.
I am always helping others.
I need to try to put myself first.
Blood slowly falling down. Off my left arm it hits the ground.

I Still Miss You
I still miss you, but not as much as I have before.
The intense pain of aching I felt isn’t here anymore.
I still whisper your name just to hear it, but not as often as I used to.
Now it may be just twice, before the day is through.
I still hear your voice, replaying through my mind.
It’s fading away slowly, soon silence I hope to find.
I still want you; I need to feel your touch.
It’s not like it was before, I don’t dream as much.
I still think of you, and wonder how you are.
My feelings in a way have changed; they just don’t go as far.

Cowboy boots and wrangler jeans.

To see the world from a different position.
From looking through myself.
I now know I am much selfless
Than the one who told me I never was.
I’ve been too concerned on the past.
And on what might be or what I’ll become.
I can’t help but think what others see.
Or what they feel inside for me.
I am stubborn in my own crazy way.
Yet I feel as if something’s pushing right through me.
I don’t know how to take things.
When they’re just thrown upon me.
I can’t help but feel alone.
Since that’s what I basically am.
I do not need your cruel words...

Every taken promise that I actually believed.
All the secrets, that lies between you and me.
No medication, or single drug to heal.
Just this hole that I’ve been left alone to fill.
I can’t seem to get over you; I can’t erase your “love”
Time’s not fixing anything.
When I “wake up”, I’m still alone.
There’s no reason at all wanting something so bad.
That wasn’t even there all along.
I don’t want to see you anymore.
I am not that strong.

Desperate for changing, I’m starving for the truth.
I’m closer to where I started. I’m falling into you.
Heat stroke, my death feels like.
All the wrong things that I thought were right.
I know what you really want to say, so say it.
Forget the words you were saying.
They didn’t mean one single thing.
Seasons are changing, and waves begin crashing.
Stars are falling, like I have for you.
Days get longer, the nights end up shorter.
Then here I am, depressed and lonelier.
Trying to figure out my life.
Looking for a place I can rest....
