LOVE POEM

Do you
As I sit here,I wonder why am I here?
Do you even see me?
Do you feel my pain?
Do you feel my tears?
Do you feel my heart ripping in two?
I don't want to cry anymore.
I don't want to beg anymore.
I don't want to feel alone anymore.
I don't want to do it all anymore.
I've hit rock bottom,and can't see the light at the end of the tunnel any longer. The light was our future,but it is swiftly growing dim,like a candle flickering in the wind,one small breath and it's gone.
Do you even see me?
Do you feel my pain?

What lies beneath
What lies beneath this broken girl,is a woman screaming for release.
She is clawing at the edge of existence,grasping at thin air,
reaching for something that is no longer there.
She misses your hands,that once dried her tears
She misses your arms,that you once held her for so many years
Why did you push her away?
Why couldn't you have made her stay?
Day by day,the woman is growing stronger,
Soon she will realize she needs him no longer.
When he finally wakes up to see she is gone,
He will sit there and ponder...

Scars
The scars of my past haunt me everyday
So many questions,and not enough answers per say
My earliest memory is when I was four
Scared to death of my mother walking out of that door
At the babysitters house again
is where it all began
When his mom was asleep
He would say "Don't you dare make a peep"
With his hands over my tiny mouth I did as I was told
Because at such a young age I knew I had to be bold
So one night He offered me to his friend
My little mind couldn't comprehend
What did I do that was so bad
That would ever make...

Walls
My heart is full,my soul is bare.
All I need is for you to show you care.
You've had my heart from the moment we started
It nearly killed me when we almost parted
I love you with every fiber of my being
I pray that it's me your really seeing
Sometimes you look through me like you don't know me at all
I know I am to blame because of this wall
Piece by Piece my wall came down
Only to show the scars that I caused
Can these scars be healed?
Or have they become a permanent fixture
I know I hurt you and put you through Hell
But all...
All I need is for you to show you care.

Guilty Conscience
The guilt is killing me. I'm dying inside.
I can't tell you what's wrong or you'll know my secret.
My secret will kill you. We will never be the same.
The lies, I hate this.I hate lying to you.
I know you see through them,you must,your not stupid
How did this happen? How and why did I allow this to happen?
Was it the words he said or the way his words made me feel?
Was it the attention he gave methat you stopped giving?
Maybe a combination of it all?
I hate this person I have become
