Everything happens for a reason?
this pain it hurts so much..
something stolen because of pure lust...
I've closed myself off from the terror..
but in my head I will never forget the horror..
I'm scared to get close to anyone..
being so scarred is no fun..
I'm terrified of what you'll do...
because I'm alone and you've got two...
the bruises and beatings I healed from
but this.. I'm so scared I'm dumb...
I've never felt so alone..
this is the first time my fear has been shown..
why didn't you kill me after...
instead of leaving me bleeding you...

Does He Know?
No one cared...
No one even dared...
To lend a hand
That's why I cannot stand...
Alone is what I am
Deserted by the human man...
Did he even know what love was?
Or did he say it just because...?
Can I ever trust again?
My skin pale as ice holding no tan
My heart was crushed in his hands...
By this..this brute of a man...
I can't stand..
My soul it is too bland...
Passers by stop and stare..
But I already know they'll never care...
I gave it all for him..
The fire in my heart is now dim..
I sigh before...
No one even dared...

Holding
Holding my own
I show what was never shown
Is it heartbreak I feel?
Is it too late to heal?
It's been a long time since I smiled
Thinking now I think I've gone wild
A dark angel torn apart.
A little girl the world forgot
I still feel for you
But that girl had to steal from you
She stole your heart and shredded the pieces
With that I was left with nothing but faded kisses
I want to help you
But I don't know how..tell me please?

Ruined Happiness
For once I was happy!
For once I wasn't scared!
But you ruined it for me!
To think I thought you cared!
The arguing still hasn't stopped!!!
Like a cork my happiness popped!
You always do this to us!
YOUR kids need to be counted as a plus!!!
But NO! I'm a fuck up to you!
You had me fooled for just a day
To that you asshole you will pay!
I can't call you daddy anymore
For it was mine and my mother's heart you tore!
I remind you its nothing but a promise..
You swore you'd be there!

Truly Happy
I smiled today
And I'm proud to say
The knife never crossed my mind
We laughed and enjoyed ourselves this time
My mommy came home
So I wasn't alone
My daddy said sorry for yelling at me
Saying being mean wasn't his cup of tea

Can You Hear My Dying Words?
Can no one hear my screams?
Can no one hear my shouts?
Nightmares are not dreams!
But no one cares what they're about!
I'm stuck in a void!
I am SICK and TIRED of being a toy!
You say everything I do makes you annoyed,
So why keep me around like I give you joy?
To live in this hell
I'd rather slit my wrists to shreds!!
Fuck it! I may as well!!!
At least then I wouldn't live with this dread!!
That first slice of the knife,
The first drop of the blood..
Oh man it feels so nice!
It's safe to say this cut's not a dud!...

A Locked Door.
A locked door
A rusty razor
A towel stained red
A broken mirror
A folded note on the floor
A young girl lays there dead on the floor
Time begins to blur
The room begins to swirl
She was mommy's perfect angel
And daddy's little girl
Seen as a shining pearl
Everyone oblivious and in their own little world
No one noticed her and the broken sword
The knife she held
Was a gift from hell
That blade they gave
Her young life it slayed
If only her one true love had stayed
But instead he'd had her played
Seeing how long...

Fear
I am becoming the very thing I have been trying so hard not to.
I feel my past catching up to me. I don't want to be like the rest of them.
I want to be the better half. I run, but my legs don't move.
They have become weighed down by my mistakes. They strip me of power.
Fear creeps into my mind. What am I to do? I see solutions.
They are just out of reach. I am finally able to grasp them, just for them to slip through my fingertips.
What is wrong with me? Why is this happening? Why cant i stop this?
I try so hard to end it, though...

Couldn't Sleep So I Wrote A Poem
Can't sleep
Old dreams leave me weak
Talking to you made my night wonderful
I wonder if it was good for you too
Your adorable smile
And sweet laugh
Those beautiful brown eyes
And the way you say my name
I had wanted to give up
But seeing you makes me keep fighting
I'm a Kentucky girl
Riding horses and bailing hay
Your a Cali boy
Workin through the day and making time to say hey
I'm so happy now
You've seen my smile
I've seen yours too
I'm glad we've talked these things through
...

Seeing you this morning made my day
I couldn't stop smiling I didn't care what they all say
It felt like a lifetime
Being so close was a lifeline
So many memories
So many happy days
They danced through my head

Is there something wrong with me?
Something that my eyes can't see?
I didn't let you see me cry..
For I've always been too shy..
You can't blame yourself for these things
I know what all this means
You do love me I believe you
But your hearts in a duel
The past prevents us from being together
Even so I'll love you through the worst weather
I feel as if it's my fault
Some words make me feel like I was shot
I just miss you.

dont take it from me in strife
you never come see me sing
youve never seen me spread my wings
daddy im a song bird let me sing
cause when i do i feel so free!
im a junior in highschool
yet you treat me like im in preschool
let me grow up
let me be me
ill always be your little girl
and youll always be my whole world
soon youll be giving my hand to another man
ill be in white and we'll both stand
