An eternal ocean within, surges around me,
Years of aridness burst forth in clouds of darkness.
Rivers flow rapidly downwards,
Condensing upwards in a spiral of creation.
Repeatedly the sea is born again,
Provider of life, salient protector of darkness.

Thank Fuck, Thank Fuck, Thank Fuck again says I,
That I took that Raging Bull of self torment and doubt by the horns and
grappled with her in the ring.
Far from subdued, she rages on, but muscles I’ve developed,
Strength, I’m strong.
28 years the cycle continues but reassessment is made easier, by battles fought
before.

Deserved
Rising up, she released the beast,
Then on my soul, began to feast.
"You sit around and do fuck all! You´re so fucking weak, so fucking small!"
I responded to it (just like a child), my mouth went dry, my eyes grew wild,
Then I opened my lips and let it flow,
To my shame I aimed real low,
Wallowing around down in the gutter,
With the rage, began to stutter.
Going mad, I caused a scene,
Spewing words, quite obscene.
Spitting rage, I slammed the door,
Fucking bitch, bleedin' whore.
Then on my soul, began to feast.
