Poet Introduction
I'm not the antichrist and I'm sure as fuck not the virgin Mary but somewhere between ulna and radius you'll feel every single word when I drive in the nails

End of Days
I have been misjudged throughout my life
and to death, not a soul will know this man
I am not simple, nor wise, but I have a heart
with immense power to bind and break in two
I bare the scars upon eyes that should not see
carved Ajna knot struck by blades of insight
I have been blinded by love too many times
yet patience and faith is Lord to all heathens
I am a sinner and slave to my ravening fantasies
karma has inflicted ways to skin this hunter alive
strung from willow, bleeding...
and to death, not a soul will know this man
I am not simple, nor wise, but I have a heart
with immense power to bind and break in two
I bare the scars upon eyes that should not see

The Canonized Nightmares of a Life Once Too Gruesome to Bear [revised]
To whom that awaits in the shadows
goodnight
I can no longer harbour your anger
nor inflict your burden upon others
there shall be no more horrors
no more pain
the madness must cease
a great sleep awaits this retched soul
wash away my demons in these tears
cast away like forgotten grains of sand
swept aloft and buried by the winds
I don't want forgiveness I want peace
goodnight
I can no longer harbour your anger
nor inflict your burden upon others
there shall be no more horrors
no more pain
the madness must cease
a great sleep awaits this retched soul
wash away my demons in these tears
cast away like forgotten grains of sand
swept aloft and buried by the winds
I don't want forgiveness I want peace

Matryoshka [souls]
breathe] forty-two-twenty grams
breathe it out, slip s t r e a m
expediential expectations induce
naive ideology of spring wildflowers
under candlelit lucid skies
[exhale] dull spinal tap cap
lines drawn and trapdoors silently quake
behind howling seas
breaking shores
breathing assurance
[breathe] when the first wave comes
overcoming her with locomotive force
forging tunnels... fear wells inside me
with intravenous telepathy
pulsating ultrasonic light

Bare Trap [&] Dreams
Her eyes blink once with a click, dreams snatched
from the trapper, clutching jaws with teardrop scars.
Muffled bite from snow chains, lifeless, unlatched.
Her eyes blink once with a click, dreams snatched
bare arms and lies buried deep, till links unmatched.
Breathless, final fight or flight, chasing falling stars…
Her eyes blink once with a click, dreams snatched
from the trapper, clutching jaws with teardrop scars.
This poem is a "Triolet" written for the "Intergalactic Nuclearball (Fusion rules)" comp.

The Final Voyage of Mael Dúin
Lost men, ní foláir meld in the Otherworld
where they can not grow old and die.
A dead man, ní foláir whale in bloody wallow,
screams of severed panpipe tongues.
O avengers, we have lost our way, hunting the slayer
of Mael Dúin’s athair, on the island of the druid’s eye.
O tempest, oceanic walls willed by the bellows of God,
cast sails beyond credence of the silver pillar mesh.
Our ship, slips under veil of amorous Talamh of Mná,
where somnolent souls succumb goddess moonshine.

The Carer’s Gift
Death is the broken shell of life,
tomorrow will emerge the carer's soul
from the covenant of compassion.
Timeless bars of the carer’s recital
melodic drips from finger tips
with tender touch of keys.
Action levers jack springs
hammer shank, hammer felt,
string struck chimes reverberates
and resonates from morphine smiles
weathered by the good fight.
An air of elation
adorns captive minds.
Glass eyes entombed
with knowledge of life
crippled with...
