Unfit mother
Before you read . Ive been told i have postnatal depression which im not sure why i have . But i just wanted to release something out
Soft movements
Little cries
Every 3 to four hours
Light on
Jump out
Run down stairs
Boil water
4 level scoops not 5
Few minutes to cool
Steriliser on
Screeching piercing cries
Shes getting murdered
Run
Fast
Quick
Careful not to trip

She lays there hopeless
Red cheeks
Puffy face
Tears streaming down
Pick her up ...

Little chair
Little chair sits alone.
He is not polished or shined
like the other chairs around him.
People dont like to sit on him
as his wood is old
sometimes he gives splinters
without even knowing.
His left leg is ready to snap
he cannot hold any persons weight.
The other chairs ignore him and laugh.
They are great and strong ones
who legs are steady and still.
No matter how big the person
they never move
you never hear a crack.
Little Chair does wish he could be strong
carry his own...

Mia will always be there
attending my lunches and dinners
I wake up and Mia awaits
when time is hard
I have lost all control
Mia is there
When I am angry and hopeless
I cant fight back

I only devote myself to her

of having control

Secrets out
The cold wooden squeaky floor
the dust so close
I see it covering little edges of the wall
This small spot I have come to know.
Neat white toilet paper
sitting side by side
in the handmade woven basket
I notice it all
while my head down in the bowl.
Fingers inside
shh don't make a sound
here it comes so fast
the fresh juice I made,
mixed nuts, Greek salad
chocolates and cheese
I see the colours of a rainbow
A blank white bowl
now covered in a piece of art.
"Get it all out ugly girl

my feet grounded crunching of sand and mud
the sound of splashing staining my new old boots
the wind slapping my cold red iced cheeks
then begin to heat up
hot flames all over my face
Feet feeling light as a feather
trees whispering secrets to one another
a bunch of teenage school girls

louder and louder they bicker and tease her

I thank you for turning me in to a stronger women.
For opening the doors to new light .
Although in the next world....
