Amidst Thoughts of Opium-smoking...
Amidst thoughts
of Opium-smoking
And the engineering
of a long lost art
known now to few
As if the universe demands
this forgotten vice
be remembered once again
And not in a grass hut
or boiled on a spoons end
of Opium-smoking
And the engineering
of a long lost art
known now to few
As if the universe demands
this forgotten vice
be remembered once again
And not in a grass hut
or boiled on a spoons end

Traveler's Proverb
Not for wanting
should any man be
The life of a King

And I know right where you are
Just outside the periphery...
Kept inside a little box
It's looking more and more empty
Could I believe that she was once whole?
She was
Just outside the periphery...
Kept inside a little box
It's looking more and more empty
Could I believe that she was once whole?

Fear
The last thing
dead silence
noone knows why
you try
you just want everything to die
I've been fueled by your failure and hypocrisy

Creature of Moonlight
In the evening's sun
when the night is around the corner
I see you hide
I wouldn't try
to blame you
you were made this way
But when the darkness falls
and you come out
slither in the night
Creature of Moonlight
Soul delivers
itself to her
flies in a web
doomed again!
Writhing in pain
I struggle in vain
I'm caught and and I'm dying
like so many others
You wouldn't eat me though
I starve and wither
and like so many others
I'm discarded
when the night is around the corner
I see you hide
I wouldn't try
to blame you
you were made this way
But when the darkness falls
and you come out
slither in the night
Creature of Moonlight
Soul delivers

Yourself/Myself
What do the lies you tell
Say about you?
Say about you?

Listless/Lifeless, Still Wanting
And forward came the night
as silence
drew nearer
For long was drawn
and equally torn into
Time
Resisted far into
The reaches of the mind
Walking endlessly
Searching for truth
In these words
It was twice
During the night
When I almost called you
And noon when I did
as silence
drew nearer
For long was drawn
and equally torn into
Time
Resisted far into
The reaches of the mind
Walking endlessly
Searching for truth
In these words
It was twice

Ode to the Over-Thinkers
I wish I could tell you
Just how hard I tried
to help you realize
that you were not pinned down
so you didn't have to hide
Even when you messaged me
at 4am
when I responded
you still didn't want to be pinned down
So young
so dumb
you didn't know what you wanted
so scared
so confused
you could always just say what you wanted
And when I walk through the park
I don't think about you
no not anymore
And when I'm at work
I just don't care
say...
Just how hard I tried
to help you realize
that you were not pinned down
so you didn't have to hide
Even when you messaged me
at 4am
when I responded
you still didn't want to be pinned down
So young
so dumb
you didn't know what you wanted

you could always just say what you wanted
And when I walk through the park
I don't think about you
no not anymore
And when I'm at work
I just don't care

Focusing on......
Lost moving thought-forms
Gathered together
Dense matter
Monolith rise
Thick black ooze
Drips off it
Like bloody molasses...

Woman in the Shroud (Lady Grimm)
She had long black hair
Which covered her face
And hid her well
But in the moonlight
You could see one eye
Looking through you
.
.
.
As he ran through
the dark, dense forest
Trying to find a way out
Falling over the gnarled roots
And rotted leaves
Strange animal sounds in the distance
He could hear a faint wispy voice
Calling him
Calling him
Forevermore
"Still she looms
And raises her hand
in...
Which covered her face
And hid her well

Looking through you

Everything is Changing
Everything is changing
Yet its all still the same
Nothing gets better
Yet our ancient miseries
Are worlds away
Those scars burn forever
Always visible
Yet its all still the same
Nothing gets better
Yet our ancient miseries
Are worlds away
Those scars burn forever
Always visible
