Worlds collide
Boundaries blur
Movement is at hand
Strange ways,
looking at my finger
behold, behold, the moon.

It’s raining over the river
an old friend dies.
No money for another round
scarce fleeting images of nostalgia
The heaven cry, the heavens cry
all alone the heavens cry.

All else slips away
here before me
is everything , you
eternity in a moment
edges buzz and blur
now you and me,
are gone.

Outside looking in
Whats inside the walls
you’ve taken years and years to build
around your hurting self
Whats inside the pain
you tried to bury, burn and blame
but still refused to die
Whats inside your smile
as it dances as a light
behind your honest eyes
whats inside the shadows
as they lurk around the corners
of your weary mind
and whats inside the question
that so carefully guards the
enterance to your secret self.
Whats inside the sun
When morning lingers far
and dawn is but a distant dream
upon the heart of a sleeping world.
you’ve taken years and years to build
around your hurting self
Whats inside the pain

Contemplation of an impending departure
Endless outcomes, play on in my imagiantion
Of ,the importance of the decision
I am assured,by the
overwhelming oppionion offerd by all,
We are free to do what we want.
Choices wheigh heavily on shoulders,yeilding
selfish desires against compassionate ideals
perhaps an opportunity,to
efface the clutches of ego,
You are free to do what you want.
Self righteousness rattles,
the cage of compromise,
To be finally subdued,
by the concept of duty,
I am free.
To do what I want?

Have you ever wondered,
if all you could do,
is that what you've done
How much of fucking it up,
have you passed of as fun?
When life seem to speed up
but your stopped for a breath,
You can run,you can run,
but you cannot forget,
All the moments gone by
when you did'nt give a shit,
All the times that they cried
and you cared,not a bit,
Still all that was learned,
could'nt prepare you for this
One should rise to the task
but you just fade away,
Time to pick up the pieces
and get on your way
Nobody cares ,

Trees
I love trees,
Like warriors,solemnly standing
against a raging storm,
Firm their foundation ,
in the soul of the earth,
Growth, a celebration of her bounty
rages forth,in cosmic order infalliable
Where wisdom of the ages
finds release,in beauty
Bathed in golden rays,
shimmering along facets,
She stands,bejewelled now
against a turquoise sky,
Silent majestic energy,
How can you cut it down,
not even flinch?

Portrait of a Weekend
Green pigeons, fireflies
the smell of rain, wet earth
a golden sunset which
spills into the valley,
unveiled a pallette of greens,
plumes of smoke, a peacock
rainbows, the oceans distant song,
a new home, the smell of paint
candle light, an old black and white
a warm kitchen, and cake
good smoke, old friends
a cozy bed, a happy heart
Beautiful.

the journey stretches forth,
meandering along ,valleys
and hills , through deep
dark woods of uncertainities,
Hold fast to your way
Emerging in serene pastures,
Where the breeze of eternity
caresses every tender blade
basking, in the rays of life
Hold fast to your path
You are the way,
you are the path,
The grass, the woods the sun
You are the traveler and the journey,
….one.

Ode to My Canvas
Alone with myself
I look upon you,
Your pristine virginal presence
shrouding hidden potentialities,
these do not escape me,
help perceive the significance
of an endless purity that exudes
from every facet of you,
So forgive me, when
I intrude into your sacred space,
So as to calm my tormented being,
Or as an effort to create
a record of my meogre self,
And so realize,
If only for an instant,
In some deep recess
of my very soul,
I am nought but you.
I look upon you,

into,a restless mind,
Torturous sun of glowing desires,
melts each day into oceans
of tranquil melancholy,
Waves caress a once parched sand,
beating ceaselessly on the crags of our soul
Free spirits united by their preferred medium
Celebrating life amidst the tempest of existence
Mad to live,Mad to love,
An endless sunset,
burned into a restless mind.

Alone with myself, another age has passed,
The burden of time weighs heavy
on these shoulders,
Mundane routines of, daily trivialities
would lull this woman
into plain indifference
but deep inside where all
is aflame, nothing is missed
all are mere stages toward
the greater goal,
How is this jaded mind to
grasp the wisdom of the clouds,
to flow with the breeze of life
and rest assured in cosmic wisdom

Cockroach Gully
Watery moonlight trickles
down heavy summer air
through palm leaves, still
Bohemian, bourgeois, eccentrics
Derelict specimens, commune
The junkies, the jailed and the jaded
Serpentine plumes of smoke,
claw their way through the air
sweet smelling seductress,
gently calling you on,
silvery tendrils embrace your mind,
All is well today,
Hopes are shared, and dreams
recalled, countless stories told,
Each a saga of their own,a love,
a loss, an unsung song,
Goodbye with the promise of return.

Movement begins, unobserved
the wheel turns,
deep within a great serpent stirs,
slowly uncoiling,
in the womb of the earth
changing forever the surface above
churning,coursing through
mystic channels of cosmic design.
