Bulletproof
I'm not looking for love in this club tonight; I'm not looking for love on a starry night.
I'm looking towards, I'm looking for and at you.
I'm not looking for love on a cloudy day; I'm not looking for love that's going to sweep me off my feet.
All that I want is you.
They can't take us out; they can't take us down.
Because we are bulletproof.
I don't need another guy that can knock me off my feet; I don't need another man to come and rescue me.

I don't want someone that is always Mr. Right; I just want someone who cares enough to...

Just A Dream
Paint my nails black because it fits my mood; I'm tired of looking around for something to prove.
You don't know how it feels inside my skin; well neither do I because I numb the feeling.
Take it away; all of my pain, I got a bottle I got to finish; take it away, take it from me because if you don't I might drown in it.
And I keep telling myself that my bad luck's gonna go away; and I keep trying to win, but I'm losing everyday.

I love that you love me for who I am; when I feel like I can't do something, you always believe that I can.

Should Have Known
You're all alone I did this, I have no one else to blame;
you didn't know I was at risk, and its such a crying shame.
How you gave me all of you and wanted nothing else from me; and to make some time for you but I see you was lonely.
I couldn't see but now I know that I acted selfishly; I should have known that I let you down, caused you so much misery.
Forever to bleed.
All of the times you used to cry because I would let you down; I'm losing time, I should have tried a little more to be around.
But I didn't know that you were hurting, I was just too blind; anything...

The One I Fell In Love With....
The one I fell in love with is with someone;
he's my bestfriend and it feels like he's gone.
I love him more than life and me;
it's too bad that he can't see.
everything in my past I'm willing to let it go;
but what hurts the most, is that he don't even know.
I would hang up on him and call him back;
damnit my life is off track.
I remember when we were together;
when I thought we were going to be together forever.

I thank God everyday because I know him.

Lost At Sea
This poem tells you a little about me;
some people can't understand me, because I am lost at sea.
I say this because I am very misunderstood;
people take one look at me, and they think that I am good.
I'm not saying that I am bad;
but there are alot of flaws that I may have.
People think that I am very weird;
because there are alot of things that I have pierced.
Don't be so quick to judge me;
Don't hate bitch, this is how I'm always going to be.

Dangerous Love
Have you ever been in love to where you don't know where to go;
I have, I'm in love with two people at the same time, but they don't know.
I don't know what to do or how to explain;
but what I can tell you is that my love for them is not in vain.
The guys are brothers and I first went with the 19yr. old;
I know it's sounding bad, but listen as the story unfolds.
I fell in love with the young one whose name is ken;
he left me cold and dry, and when he came back he never explained to me where he have been.
So while I was left hurting and crying all alone; ...

In This World Alone
Troubled world as i see everyday through my eyes so beautiful, god created me. Many people, many places, lord have mercy for the unseparated. And im just trying to get along; in this world on my own. I shall never worry cuz im not alone; god is with me, and i know he wont let me go. So if you're out there, and you're lonely, just remember faith is power. And its all apart of live; all the pain, and to strive. One day we'll understand; that there's a master plan. There's a reason for all that we go through; theres a promised land and he promised it to both me and you.
