POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Angel
I'm not an angel from heaven. I'm not an angel from hell. Truth is, I'm not an angel from anywhere. Just an angel who fell. I lost my wings a little while back. Tried to understand why they tore them from my back. Now I'm stuck to live like you. Stuck in your world, while still hidden in mine. Just like you, I have my secrets. I have my lies. I have my own pain I try to hide.

Red
Blood is red,
tears are blue,
poison means
dead.
And so are you.
For some reason I thought of this off the bat during volleyball.
tears are blue,
poison means
dead.
And so are you.
For some reason I thought of this off the bat during volleyball.

Gone
As excitement fades.
Hope dulls.
How I once saw is forever gone
I see the holes in the truth.
I see the story behind the lies.
I can see past strong.
And look for the weak.
There is nothing but dull.
For the whole wide world.
Is just black & white.
No color.
No shine.
Just dark filled with sorrow.
I know the endings not the greatest, but o well.

Name?
I look like I'm happy.
But all I feel is pain.
I act like sunshine.
But on the inside.
There's no Sun.
Only rain.
But all I feel is pain.
I act like sunshine.
But on the inside.
There's no Sun.
Only rain.

Hatter </3
I wish I could have been there when the hatter had fallen apart. It was so horrible he about tore wonderland apart. His very dear Alice sadly met the axe with her head. He held her as she slowly bled to death. Truth be told he still wears with those clothes dyed red with horror. He is filled with sadness. Not for him, but for her. He's not crazy anymore. Mentel? No, that's not the word. He's not the mad hatter anymore. No, he's the broken hatter who has no heart. It's dead just like his poor sweet darling. It died with Alice.

Mister Razor
Mister razor don’t you hide.
I need someone to help me tonight.
Mister, mister razor, I need you here.
To help me from shedding all these tears.
Mister, mister, mister razor please shed some blood and take away my fears.
Mister razor where did you go?
Did you know I need you so?
Mister, mister, mister razor, here are my wrists.
Please make a picture with a twist.
Mister razor please come out.
I have nobody else.

I feel pain and
rain.
Crashing down
on me,
the lighting blinding
me and the
thunder
leaving me in a daze.
Tears come up, but yet
to afraid to come
down.
Feelings surface but
yet to afraid to
come out.
The pain planting
itself
in so deeply,
there's no way
of getting it
out.

Pain
This pain! This pain! I swear to god it’s driving me insane! The pain! The pain! It’s the monster within. Tearing me up from the inside, making me bleed, making me want to die. It’s no use in stopping it now. It’s hungry for revenge. Making my heart go black and cold…I feel dead. No warmth can comfort me now. The pain-the monster it’s about to finish, it’s too late for me now. Its darkness fills my soul, like fog in the dark. Blinding me of what’s it front of me. I’m falling. I’m falling into the dark. Now light can save me now, for the monster has me to far under.

Don't
Don’t slice yourself with a knife and let yourself run dry. Don’t blow your head with a gun cause even when you’re dead, you’ll have nowhere to run. Don’t hang yourself with a rope with your feet only inches of the ground. You’ll have one bruised neck when you leave this town. Don’t take a bucket full of pills, that’s gonna be one giant bill to buy all those pills. Don’t jump off a bride, let me tell you, people are gonna be pissed. Don’t drink and drive hoping to die, you might survive and spend your time in jail. Don’t wear red to a bull riding show, for all we know you might end up with...

You Don't Need
You don’t need makeup to make you pretty. You already are! You don’t need eye shadow to make your eyes pop. They’re beautiful the way they are. You don’t need lipstick to make your mouth shine. Darling throw a smile. That’ll make the world run wild! You don’t need to be obsessed with wait. No matter what size you are, you’re perfect the way you are! Don’t let anyone tell you, you aren’t beautiful, because they don’t see the real beauty inside of you. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that you’re ugly, they don’t even know what true beauty is. So girls, girls, girls, you don’t need makeup to...

Let's See
Just because I’m a girl, doesn’t mean I don’t know how to throw a punch. Just because you’re a guy, doesn’t mean that you can take me down. Come to my gym, step in the ring, I’ll show you how to play. Dillon, I box you don’t. So how can you say you know what to do? Show me your stance, let’s see if I can push you down. Show me what to do when I throw an uppercut at you. Let’s see how well you do. Wait, for the red light to turn green. Then I’ll show you what a girl can do.

Far to Young
You shouldn’t have gone. You should’ve been the one to stay. But not even the strongest wishes can bring you back to me. You were far too young to die slowly. You were only one. We tried and tried to keep you in good health. But not everything is what we wish to be. All the doctors turned us away saying you were fine when we tried to get you help. We tried to keep you safe. But even a mother who abuses doesn’t help. Bruised and weak you were slowly fading away. Your once tan skin slowly faded a sickly grey. Your happy smile turned to cries. Your once happy filled eyes slowly turn dull. The...
