My Habit
As tock must surely follow tick,
Relentlessly all day I pick,
My cuticles down to the quick,
Till sheer revulsion makes me sick.
Compulsively I must obey
The need to do it every day,
Until I’ve chewed my nails away,
And all the skin around them flay.
How many times I’ve begged for peace,
But only felt the need increase?
With hands hard clasped I’ve tried to cease,
But never do I find release,
Nor yet my fingers find surcease.
I soaked my hands in ‘Stop’n’Gro’,
But could I let the habit go?
You hardly need to ask to...

She wears many faces
and I hate them all
To call her a bitch-
is an insult to dogs
She gets happiness
only from deceit and shame
She thrives on creating
misery and pain
A drama queen
she feeds on sorrow
The world would improve
if she died tomorrow
The manipulator-
triangulating to control
Twisting the truth
just to watch me fall
I cant comprehend
the depths of her darkness
Anyone near her
soon sinks into madness
Deviously cunning
Sly in her planning

The Manipulative Monster
I am a beast that corrupts the mind
I am the beast that makes you blind
I am always hungry and on the helpless I feed
I destroy their homes; I rob them and let them bleed
Yet people love me, love that never ends
Even if it is the death of their family or friends
But I am nothing, yet I am everything I promise to be
I made those people blind, they will never see me
They will never glimpse the true me; a sin
For I destroy, kill, plunder, and cheat and that’s just when I begin
I leave my victims bleeding, hungry, dead or poor
Yet...

Ashamed
You sneaked in to my room,
Your presence filled the air with gloom.
Your scent of booze and cigs,, awakens me,
Your body blocks the door, where I can't flee.
Your naked climbing under my bed cover,
Your every move, bump, and grind, I get sicker.
Your hands keep me from moving,
Your strength, so great, I can't help crying.
Your done, you get up like I am a cheap whore,
You broke me, inside and out, I'm broke to the core.
You walk away, only your odor remains,
You shut the door, I'm left so ashamed.

My Greatest Fear
I live in fear,
Of being me,
Showing who I really am,
And who I'm meant to be.
Fear is painful,
For me to take,
It is like telling me that,
I'll never amount to anything.
I can't believe that,
I'm so afraid,
Of what's left for me,
In this world.
I know it seems crazy,
That I won't show,
My heart to all,
I wish you knew.
I live in fear,

My Garden
My garden is a magical place.
Full of wonders and grace.
The wind here, blows ever so gently.
While the honey bees buzz, so peacefully.
Under the archway, Enter, pass by my fairy gatekeeper.
As your senses are overwhelmed by a wild honeysuckle flower.
Watching the sun kiss the morning dew.
It is such a breath-taking view.
The captive sunrise, sends me in to a daze,
Leaving me speechless, while I gaze.
The beautiful warm rays,
Cast a rainbow like mystical haze.
On the cobblestone path, lets take a walk.
And with...

Unfortunate Past
The truth I hold,
Took years to unfold,
Locked up, I never told.
Now I speak,
For I am done being weak.
A story I will tell,
Awakening the pits of hell.
Pinned against the wall,
Being so young and still so small.
Tongue against my chest,
You can imagine the rest.
Touching, feeling
My eyes rolling
To the ceiling.
I push away,
Forced down, I am here to stay,
And pray.
Day and night,
Always full of fright.
Kissing,
Sucking,
Crying,
Weeping,
Always happened...

Shame
What is shame?
Shame is nothing more than a mind game.
The mind plays tricks on us, to keep us tame.
Difficult to swallow, of what we became.
It's hard with shame,
Because all we want to do is place blame.
To others that don't understand, it's just lame.
But the painful feelings, we have in our head, burns like a constant flame.
When your so beat down, it's hard to look up, let alone stride for something better and set you sites to aim.
So lets rise above it, and give yourself a new name.

Innocence
Innocence stolen without my permission.
Innocence gone without my submission.
Innocence lost through another's plan.
Innocence no longer for another man.
Innocence turned to hatred to fear.
Innocence gone, No man can come near.
Innocence taken from a little girl's heart.
Innocence replaced by mistrust, you thought you were smart.
Innocence disappears like dew in the sun.

Still Unbroken
I felt,
Everything you dealt,
But you couldn't break me with the belt.
I wouldn't give in. I wouldn't scream.
I guess you needed to fulfill a sick dream.
Or your so vile, you needed to let off some steam.
I waited in fear,
When I seen what you brought here,
I couldn't help but shed a tear.
Punctured nails, glued in the belt, in your right hand
"Lay on the bed", you would demand
Gritted my teeth, closed my eyes, and drifted to a dreamland.
You beat me to the extreme.
Fucked up my self-esteem. ...

A Mother's Rage
My heart I gave so willing because,
In your arms I went to the moon above.
Only you betrayed my trust, my love.
But now I know you are demented and sick.
In my mind you are evil and sadistic.
What you did to my children is so horrible
And cruel.
Their childhood and freedom you have stole.
If I would have had some clue,
Your precious weapons would have been
Used against you.
My guilt, my shame my cross to bear.
For one daughter, I have lost
Her pain to great for what she suffered there.
Some might forgive, but I will never forget....

Why did you take my love?
