Hi Everyone :)
Still doing well and keeping my head up high, not getting high and living such a great fulfilling life. Still in rehab, but it's working and I have a great new guy for the last few months. He's wonderful and treats me like I've never known. Lots of love poems to come in the future!!! I hope every one is doing well!!! Lots of love!

Goodbye!
Thanks everyone for all your support. I'm walking out the door to rehab as I write this. 2 weeks for detox and then a 90 day program (atleast). I will talk to you all soon! Thanks for being there for me again. It's time to stop the shit talkin' and just do it. Too many people need me and I them. Love you all!

Another one he wrote for me
So scared to try .
So broken down.
This pain I've caused all around.
When did it stop where did it go?
It seems to me that we both know.
Just open your eyes take a look
u stole my heart you filthy crook!
Now u got me so don't b sad
because this seems like a connection we've always had!
Your rite it's fast n scary too.
So I'll b nothing but honest with you!!
So broken down.
This pain I've caused all around.
When did it stop where did it go?
It seems to me that we both know.
Just open your eyes take a look

I don't think I can...
Tomorrow I leave
at 12:00 in the after
noon starts the first
day of the rest of my
life.
I leave my little girl,
my parents, my guy.
42 days with out them.
Only a phone call and
3 hours away from
them.
My knees are shaking
my stomach hurts.
Is it withdrawal or just
intimidation?
Whatever it is, its bad.
No more powder in my
nose.
No more pills to swallow.
I'm just an empty shell
with no where to go in
life.
Yah, I may be getting
better. The feelings for
the H are still here...
at 12:00 in the after
noon starts the first
day of the rest of my
life.

Stay With Me
The sound of your voice
sends chills up my spine...
the sweetness and sincerity
something I've rarely
ever heard.
Its been a long time coming
that you came into my life.
I've been waiting for you
my whole life but I had no
idea who you were until
now.
You've swept me off my feet
making my mind go crazy...
I feel like I'm spinning around
ready to fall...
for once I'm not afraid
because you're there to catch me.
I haven't had faith in a long
while and you changed that.
I finally feel wanted and appreciated
and...
sends chills up my spine...

Part of My Problem
(Oddly enough, to those of you who know my present situation by reading my poetry, I wrote this 3 days before I met him) :)
I love too easy
I fall too fast
and most of the time
hardly one will last.
Then I get depressed
think I'm not worthy
to be blessed with a good man...
I think its just me.
I try to blame it on others
say "he got in my way"
but its the same thing over again
day after heart breaking day.
I set myself up for failure
I never seem to achieve
A place I call my dungeon
where I am sent to then grieve....
I love too easy
I fall too fast
and most of the time

Scare me
just petrify me.
You already have....
and I like it.
Scaring me means
that you have
something good to offer
me.
Pretty messed up,
I know that
but my mind is running
in circles around
the image of you
and the sweet words that
come rolling off your
sweet tongue.
A touch
just one little touch
sends chills up my spine
to another world
where we are one.
Just scare me...
just petrify me.

and I like it.

A New Love
I wish I knew what to say to you
to make you like me even more
So you'll be more happy to see me
every time I walk out the door...
Poems come naturally to me
but I'm almost tongue tied
I write about love amongst everything else...
atleast I try.
The sound of your voice amazes me
Your smile is beyond my wildest dreams
I just hope that all you've offered
is exactly what it seems.
To have you hold me in your arms
and be completely swept away...
For you to touch me with out hesitation
all night until the next day.
Someone like you...

The night before
the toughest day
I'm anxious, I'm scared
Its bound to be this way.
I'm leaving behind my baby
but I don't want to die.
I'll be no good to her then
Though, I hate to make her cry.
My mom and dad are wonderful
for doing the things they've done
making my baby be strong and safe
I feel like I have won.
People who care about me
supporting every decision
My life is important to her
and finally its worth fixing.
If I could say anything to her
and my parents too...
I'm sorry for everything that I've done...

I leave on Monday morning at 8:30 for rehab. 90 days with out DU, lol. I wanted to tell you all and say thanks for everything. All the advice that you've given me. I appreciate it emmensely. I'll be thinking off all of you and your spectacular poetry.

I can't write lately...
too consumed by other things.
Too wrapped up in stupid shit
that gets me no where.
Well it's been 3 days...
and I just got some money
in my pocket.
I'm debating on seeing my honey
or going to score some shit.
He doesn't like that.
Still, he doesn't know either.
Ring in the New Year high
as a kite, smoke some bud
and drink some jager.
Sounds like a bitchin time but
I think the dope is out of my life.
Pretty sad when this guy may
have changed me and my own
daughter didn't.
