Gone
Don't remember how long I have been gone.
Walking out that night for I could not stand to be alone.
Frozen world around makes me breathe easier, forget your cold embrace.
Looking into the starry sky I forget the last look on your face.
Cold winds helping me erase the imprints of your hug, that I still wore.
Sounds of the night making me shut out your final words.
I will not go back to the place where I waited for you to return.
I have moved on.
I am free of the hope of our future together.
I am out of the day...
Walking out that night for I could not stand to be alone.

That Word " Love"...
Love" a word for some,
for others an emotion that burns like fire through their veins.
"Love" a mirage for some,
for others its hope that keeps their world breathing.
"Love" a betrayal for some,
for others its a promise that stays till death does part.
"Love" a tear drop for some,
for others its the smile through tears that heart's memory brings.
"Love" a search for some,
for others its the destiny that was meant to be.
...

Final Hour
Life took care of me too well,
it cast such a splendid spell.
All I touched heard death's knell,
those who I loved bid fare well.
There are no joyful stories to tell.
Exhausted of my lonesome fare.
today I took my own dare.
To end this charade that I can't bear.
I walked off the Central Pier.
For Life's been kind, but I don't care.
As the watery grave approaches.
This nagging thought encroaches,
every corner of my tired mind.
That my life has indeed been kind.
For through the trial...
it cast such a splendid spell.

Silent
Words spill out of my thoughts, and stand awkwardly in the dark alleys of my mind.
Yet they do not fulfill a fraction of what I need to to say.
I hear the desolation in your voice, the pain, that I have inflicted.
I hear you mourn the dream that we both had and cherished.
In my mind, m kneeling beside you begging you to forgive.
In my mind, m crying your tears asking you to stop.
In my mind, m trying to fill this void growing between us.
In my mind, m rocking your aching heart against my bosom.
In my mind I form the words to tell you I am sorry....

Stay Away From Me..
Please listen to your friend's advice.
Hunny, stay away from me.
You can get for a lesser price,
what you want from me.
And even though I give you my heart,
her I can never be.
She stuck by you, she stood by you,
I am just a phase.
And even though you vow your love,
her I could never replace.
So go on listen to her,
and keep away from me.
For I maybe in your house,
but she holds the key.
Friends like her are rare indeed,
and a girl like me could never compete.
Hold up my arms in defeat,

Feeling Like A Fool...
I feel empty inside,
banished from your life.
Here am breathing and talking
with malignant humor.
While this hollow within me
grows like a tumor.
Although I surround myself
with distractions.
All I can do is regret
my past actions.
The blade did feel sharp
on my wrist.
Yet my desire to escape
did persist.
Now I can't look myself
in the eye,
'cos I had written me off
and said goodbye.
Still I never dreamt,
you'll leave me for good. ...

Small Thoughts
Small Thoughts I
Drowsy evenings stroll lazy across my droopy eyes.
My heart feels its flutter like caged butterflies.
Drained of my senses I hear you leave.
No longer do I have the strength to grieve.
Listening to echos from the past.
We knew before we started it wouldn't last.
Leaning into shadows, trying not to pine.
Wish men could be camels, thirst less through time.

Solitude
Solitude has a color, a unique color of its own.
The color of gentle shades, mingling into a dream.
Hues of pink blue lavender softly overlapping each other,
with maybe a splash of bright yellow, here and there.
Solitude is full of music, that can't be heard in company.
The sound of raindrop falling to the ground.
The whisper of a breeze, blowing through the trees.
The chime of a soul conversing at length with its own self.

Apology
I shall never write my own verse.
Words infest my brain.
They remain dissolved in me.
They swim down my senses, tickle me.
Yet I will not allow them to flow my ink well.
I will not write of lonely nights with myself.
I will not write of my innumerable humiliations.
I will not write of my first wet dream.
I will not write about my inability to write.
I shall never write my own verse.
One does not pollute feelings with ink.
Words infest my brain.
They remain dissolved in me.

Truth
Obscure and beautiful,
sometimes I feel I know you.
Then again you are unknown.
Hidden I observe you.
Drop my eyes when you look on me.
My formless icon I remember you,
from brief glimpses.
Short encounters etched in my heart.
So many times I have pleaded wordlessly,
for you to smile on me.
Perhaps the glasses on your eyes were thick,
or I was too plain.
Long years I have sought you,
struggled in desperate helplessness.
Dearly as I would love it.
I still cannot say;
my Truth, you are mine still.
sometimes I feel I know you.
Then again you are unknown.
Hidden I observe you.

A Promise
Each day my Love for you grows even more.
Each day I explore the inner sanctum of my soul.
And I find there growing, a new leaf.
On the budding embryo of my feelings for you.
So true, so pure, so green and so fresh.
So much more alive and stronger than ever before.
You are going to be a chapter, unlike any other in my life till the last.
For I am gonna love you, as no one has ever loved another.
On heaven or earth, in our times or the times past.
Each day I explore the inner sanctum of my soul.
And I find there growing, a new leaf.

My Special Gift
Each day I fight against and I fight for your love.
My desire to matter to you so strong,
its almost a physical affliction.
But I doubt if I'll ever gain,
a few morsels of your affection?
I think if my presence is not recognized,
maybe my absence will be felt?
But for me another measure has been dealt.
The harder I try to come close,
the further we drift.
Impossible relationships is after all my special gift.
My desire to matter to you so strong,
its almost a physical affliction.
