Hand in Hand.
I have walked the same quiet path
So many, many times.
Felt the breeze from off the lake.
Looked up into a clear night sky.
Admirred the bright shining stars.
Unmarred by the haze of city lights.
Hurried with quickened pace,
Past the cemetery gates.
Felt the staring eyes.
In that dark spot where the streetlights end.
Down the hill, past the last house, into the solitude.
Shrouded in the un-silence of an empty country road.
Around the final bend that looks back out upon the highway.
The seasons changed.
Winter...

Came lately tattered
specter muse
nonsensical verse
lost confused.
Inside without
drip drop drip drop
rain clear thought
crystal spiderweb caught.
Before came after
the storm did fall
pathways tread
baobhan-sidhe mourning call.
Huginn Muninn
blackbird caw
world tree blooming
sea they saw.
Life but death
hereafter free
cinnamon breath
remember me.

Earth & Fire
Through the rising flames of my priest pyre burning:
I watched the dance
Intricate and magical.
At first I thought her gypsy,
As pagan as I am lost.
But now I know not.
Father said, "Son, you better roll them dice. You better play them cards. I will not be around forever boy. The worst you can do is bust out and we all bust out in the end. Take that chance boy, before the Earth takes you."
I burn as I watch. The heat a haze,
The dance a maze, In my mind.
Blackening of my bones.
Still I watch as she dances.
As I burn.
...
I watched the dance
Intricate and magical.

Ketamine Dream
She was pretty once.
Still is in a vivid nightmare sort of way.
The kind where you fall right through Wonderland
Straight into the waiting maw of the Jabberwocky.
Paying for pleasure with spread legs as her currency.
Smiles and embraces a numbness she can't enjoy
Goes to sleep inside while the strangers are fucking her.
She doesn't cry and can't remember what tears are for.
The bruises she no longer hides come from falling down
That's what her boyfriend says when she's kissing his fist.
There is no poetry here and the dead girl can't scream
Cause...

All that I desire
Is to feel the tender sacrilege of Your warm breath
Upon My neck
As You whisper soft blasphemies
Into My ear.
Heresy in Our lust.
I do not hate but I also do not love.
I do not pretend to have wings so that I may fly.
But so that I may fall.
Angels are not saviors.
Step down from the Cross.
Think not that My intent is to offend.
When You kneel down before the altar. I kneel with You.
When You drink from the Cup. I drink with You.
When You eat of the Body. I break the fast with You.

Burning so bright
Candles lit by atom fire
And yesterday was Armageddon.

It is the quiet times that I miss.
The loud silence of restful slumber.
The few precious twilit moments
When being near did not feel like being alone.
The inaudible whispers of rhythmic breathing,
The blessed contentment of the restful form.
Of watching over.
Of growing trust
Of shepherding dreams.

Bad Creation
Wicked man dances
in the spiral smoke
sky black night
twisted willowisp choke.
Wicker man burns
never could see
for the flames
clouded his eyes.
The goddess shines
but She is not real
and neither is he
they were both Bad Creations.
Lies so real
touch to feel
eve kisses steal
knowledge lost

Galactic crush
love gravity push
stellar collapse
and I cannot find
The truth inside.

Repetition
The radio is broken
It's playing the same old song.
I think it's laughing at me.
Waiting for the phone to ring.
Knowing that if it does,
It wont stop.
But there is never a message on the machine.
I think it's playing tricks on me.
Got a cigarette that is not lit.
A bottle of gin that's half full.
A glass of rocks that's empty
And an old broke down radio.
It's always playing that same damn song
Screaming, not singing, me to sleep.
Got me wondering
If outside is any different then in.
Want to turn away and close my eyes.
Pass...

I've got your sin.
It makes me grin.
Too well we know.
The ending of this.
Looking glass mirror time again.
I begin to see.
What is your fantasy.
I sweat, you bleed.
All the broken lovers.
On their knees in need.
Wrapped in reverie.
Of primal dreams.
Wanton, lustful petal flowers.
Spread open for the seed.
Sweet bitter crush.
I taste your bud between my lips.
It is a thorn pricked kiss.
Where my stem meets your hips.
And this is how
The garden grows.
It makes me grin.
Too well we know.

Incantation: A Rede of Trees
Saille, Nuin, Huathe, Duir
Willow weeping branches low.
Shaded plot for hare and hawk made home.
Fiery thoughts of mental gleaming.
Intuition divines the seaming.
Ashe is wisdom flowing green.
Like the snake that slithers sight unseen.
Connections, aspects, patterns, reality.
Sitting, pondering beneath the World Tree.
Hawthorn flowering, concealing thorns.
Doubled edged portent warns.
Cry of night crow rarely heeded.
Remembrance required, patience needed.
Oak is strength like a door.
Passage rendered now or never...

Mary had the prettiest eyes
And elegant thighs
And she made the sexiest sighs
When I kissed them
Perpetual blissed them
She'd call me God
And tell me the nastiest lies.
Annabel was a beauty
In love she was talented truly
Favored men that treated her cruelly
Inside made her a cold witch
An ice in her veins bitch
But the sepulcher bed burned
With passion, dedication, and duty.
