My life was great, or so I thought,
Till with jealousy my heart did rot.
For my love did flirt with another man.
This intruder's death I did plan.
A slow one? A quick one?
To rip every muscle? To break every bone?
To kill him I knew not how.
But this I knew I must do it now.
So with bottle in hand,
Poison of the deadliest brand,
I did enter his house
And stalked him as silent as a mouse.
Night to day, and I had no chance
Till he poured his coffee in a chalice.
I snuck by him and dumped the poison,
Of this he had no indication....
