Ebb and flow
Caught in a tidal pool of energy that has sucked the joy of life out of me once again, beginning to perceive.

~Voices~
Voices in my head tell stories and rhyme.
Voices tell about the path and design.
Voices tell about the mistakes that I make.
They will show me windows that I may see.
And slam shut doors that will never be.
Leaves me mumbling down the street.
I'm not sure if I ever win, if I could even get a word in.
And in the background there is an ising sound.
As the arguments go round and round. ~Duke Deltree~

~Falling leaves~
Passing from this state of being.
Bury me under a mighty oak tree.
Tell the ones that loved me most.
To stand below and close their eyes.
I will shower them with falling leaves.

~a day in my life~
One day, a beautiful brook trout glistening in the sun. Its feeding needs brought him to his end.
Fought a helpless fight against an irresistible force that was upon him, me.
Excitement as always filled me, seemed like every catch was like the first.
Holding him in my hand he struggled, they all did... looking at him, like I've done a thousand times, into his eye then saw deep terror, fear then hate, anger, needing, helplessness, despair.
Letting him go to his home became my thought leaving the pond never to return to that way of life again ~Duke Deltree~

Clueless
Knife out of the darkness slices through a thin veil slicing
cleanly my heart drops to the floor bleeding out.
Washing cold weakening white sensation my heart's breath not to return.
Thoughts clouds pain of soul. Crying, crying silently only the Eternal Mother can hear, towards the light. ~Duke Deltree~

~Scribe~
My heart fills with sorrow not knowing tomorrow.
Only today, no yesterday.
Vaguely remembering what it was to be eternal.
Visions seen, wind whipped plains, dry bones picked clean gleam.
Posed on the edge of hope I cried out the visions given are true.
Standing on the edge falling into hell, eyes widening from shock.
The weight of the world upon my chest. ~Duke Deltree~

~The Merry-go-nightmare~
The Elites are always seeming to buy their way out of incidences that the common citizens of the world would be doing time with their new lovers.
As Humans we will be returned to poverty and darkness,if not already in some cases. To a level we can not conceive, our compassion makes us helpless.
We just stand there tears flowing. Thinking how could this be? How could anyone do these things?
To anyone who does not understand that we are in the hands of humanoids. They look like us but they do not seem to have the quality that makes a person human, compassion!

epiphany
An emotional Vampire wants to fear and forms speech patterns
to justify their perception of their victims.
Adrenalin created from controlling the moment for them fills part of their need.
Their way is to create strong emotional situations by learned victim response methods
drinking the essence of their victims to be replaced with darkness drawn
from a deep inner need within to level the emotional horizon.
Keeping vessels near for their unconditional blame
for their feeling of failure that has nurtured them from the cradle.
Unwary and wary...

~Seals of the Soul~
Behind every blink of my eye till days end, night begins.
Shadows in my mind hold the scrolls of moments past.
Shadows cloaked in dark mists, lies and half truths.
Wandering lost in my mind, opening doors that I find.
Specters of my past waiting behind.
Faces faded in darkness, eyes burn white in truth.
Despairing for the faces I see and scrolls that hold truths.
Receiving each as they were told, sorrow swept my soul.
Times of life less spent, each held a dark intent.
Trembling soul, hands that shook, heart...

~Tree of the Heart~
We are the soul of the living God, reflections of the gift given.
The Living God's gift... compassion, set apart from the savage heart.
Compassion can be an endless sea which all emotions be.
Emotion like the seed that be will grow into a mighty tree.
Wanting, loneliness, all were there, with a little despair need will be there.
Each feeling knowing its part, need will be the root grown from the heart.
All human feelings are in the mix now this is the trick, what tree will you pick. ~Duke Deltree~

You know the type... Your stuck... They say that they will lend you some item for a time to get you through... then don't... so like a fool you say again: Can you do this favor for a few? They say sure I'll do it... then don't... Then give up cause it now sounds like begging.... It's got to be that they lie to themselves so much they can't tell anymore? Or indifferent to their friends? Is that reason that they do this to... friends?
