RAGE
why can't I let it go,
my brain learned the lesson my heart refuse to know.
right now I sit and reminiscence,
my heart is heavy, and it's been a year since
since we have let go, moved on, yet I ran into one of your boo things and it brought it all back strong.
The pain i felt, the love misplaced, seeing her was a giant slap to my face
yet I am still fucking here mad she's still a friend and even with all we shared we have come to an end...*sigh*
these are raw uncut feelings, no edit, no i don't need no credits
this is bullshit! I've sacrificed many of my years...

I've loved you for so long it's gonna hurt to stop
It pains me that outta your life I'm just dropped
I'm not trying to convince you to stay
Just trying to understand all the decisions you made
I know things haven't been right

Social Conformity
Bogged down by the pressures of society
It's hard for a person to find their true identity
The social forces that binds you to conformity
have you thinking that being different is a deformity
The stereotypes that tell you to be skinny is in
And being thick with some meat on you is a sin
Or that the color of your skin determines if you can win
How bout if you live in the hood
you will always be misunderstood
girls who have babies young considered promiscuous
no matter if they were a virgin and just not sexually conscience
we can't even...
It's hard for a person to find their true identity

Deception
He touched, I shivered
He caressed, I remembered
He whispered words across my collar bone
His voice titillating putting me in a zone
Seducing me with his passion
Had me tied up only seeing my people in rations
So when he stole a glace, I took a chance
Ran far away, without a backwards glance
See his touch was painful
His caress, disdainful
As his breath whispered, his hands choked
Now I'm seeing black specs cause his hands are around my neck
And his voice excites me cause it lets me know I'm not dead yet
As he tries to bring me back with...

Pity Pot
I'm not on a pity pot
Using facebook as an emotional prop
Constantly posting that fictitious slop
Half that shit be lies so y'all to stop
I seen pass the ruse, I got an A in school
So I know the rules,
How to read in between the lines where the truth resides
See I'm no rapper just a cocky writer,
But this shit flow like I'm on the mic in spite of my title.
I can put you on some love shit and get you in the groove
Or I may come for ya neck depending on my mood
So when you see the wrinkles in my forehead it's my temper you need to sooth

Street Tragedy
The tragedy in our streets is lack of solutions,
our yourth is is a violent revolution
bodies, dropping, it seems to be no stopping,
this trend that ends in friends against friend,
family becomes foes cause they are trying to live by the street code,
That street life,
they don't see the strife
thinks it ends in riches, start studded rings and cars,
I'm telling you even as I'm dropping these bars
They out there gearing up for wars
plotting the next course
my heart goes out cause they living this curse
all I see is a long line of cars leading with...

On My Way
i][font=Trebuchet MS][font=Tahoma,Geneva][font=Georgia]I had an anger burning in me looking for release
Every time I looked in the mirror I seen a reason to be displeased
Questions plagued me, doubt assailed
All I could think is when will I prevail,
this shit is coming fast like priority mail.
I cast blame for my shortcomings,
walked around mind rumbling, mouth mumbling.
Looked at my children and seen my faults,
people looked at them and seen where I went wrong.
Am I good enough for them, am I sending them in the right direction,
or will they always be...
