The Addict
Sniffs it up
Hurries, before theres time to think
Lets the line
Of a lusty beating heart
Take her to a temporary divinity
Ties it up tight
She wants to make it easy
Bites her lip
In it goes
Pulsing through her waning veins
Sensuality flows
As strong as his flexing back
As deep as his groans
On the tongue
Sip gulp swallow
Instant gratification
Now her body is far from hallow
She's engulfed in pleasure
It's not love, just temporary fun
Lured out by the nighttime sun
At dawn
Her body, a junkie...

I knocked on the door
You open it slow and speak
"Welcome little girl
Come in and have a seat
What is it you wish
What is it you need"
Get in my body
So I can get into my mind
And out of the reality that confines
Pull me down the rabbit hole
Show me a new kind of sanity
Help me forget the vanity
Of the society I'm accustom to inhabiting
Loosen my mind bindings
Tighten the magic carpet threads
Take me flying
Go higher please
I want to see the world
Breathe in the stars
Hop across the cosmos ...

The Unorganized Poetic Mind
I wish the weight of these letters
to be as heavy as a ton of feathers
floating down upon succulent ears
The world is filled with sick people
Don't linger on this idea too long though
Because we all have a different dormant disease
Everyone inhabits uniquely identical boxes
Live barley understanding how another person's life is
Staring indifferently at 3,000 ads a day
Big noises in cities that never rest for a second
How can I think straight, talk straight, when everyone beckons
Even in silence people still have a gravitational pull ...

Up Close
My knees press against the rough desert ground
The one sided kisses have ceased
I'm straddling a sleeping miraged body
Up close and personal
I realize
This desert
Is nothing like him
And everything like me
Unlike the starry sky
Who's blackness accepts any emotion I throw
He can only take a few
Excluding the one that I'm scared to be alone
His tentative voice
whispers and kisses
Unlike the confident cacti
His restless hands
cannot caress me
As the smooth wind could

The Arcade
Bring your scruffy jaw line closer
So our lips can meet
Between gasps of air
Try our hardest to mould our mouths to one
Hoping that it'll stick
We desperately attempt to combine
In order to become ourselves whole
Think for me
I'll speak for you
Or
Speak for me
I'll think for you
Wait,
Slow down a little
When a lusty connection
Becomes more than adrenaline
There must be a balance
Senses go beyond touch
Seeing becomes more about the inside
Hidden behind the appealing bulges
This is where we find the mental gaps...

The I In This Relationship
A change in tone and I'm under the blinding bright lights again
He's dressed in spotless white with a knife ready
Nothing to numb just in the sharp metal plunge
Slice from my chest to my stomach in a capital I
Peel back the thin skin that covered the mess inside
Pound on my chest, break the cage that holds my heart
His strong fingers hook under the bones and lift it out with a tug
Expose the delicate, frantic pulsing beneath
I'm sunken, less and raw
Desperately, discretely I hide the darkness behind large organs
His un-gloved hands carelessly push the...
