Keep On Persevering
What am I doing lying here?
I’ve got a conference with life.
I swear,
There’ll be an end to my heart wrenching strife.
I feel sick, because my faith is in jeopardy.
I’ve got frigid sweats dripping down my forehead,
And yet I’m still locked on with clarity.
I stagger to my feet, refusing to be left for dead,
In search of my felicity.
Never relinquish the vice on your aspiration.
Established by prominent hopes
Concocted from inspirational mentation.
The feeling when I’ve succeeded…
I won’t forget that memorable sensation.

Should You Stay
Darling, should we be what you need,
Stay with me to sow these seeds.
Accompany me to Eden, free of sorrow’s weeds.
I’m not sure what attracts me to you.
You’re skin’s gorgeous hue
Is only a fragment to my infatuation imbued.
Your noetic beauty is a sight to be viewed.
Won’t you stay the night?
Delve into the terra incognito of our minds.
The warmth of your gentle hand lingers on mine.
Let’s pick verboten fruits of passion, souls intertwine.
Allow our desires to maneuver us from gloaming till dawn.
Should you stay, we can cosset...

Ways to Rapture
Everyone is out for that thing called bliss.
But some forget about ethics
Like they missed
It’s train of thought subjecting them to malice.
Murder on the minds of kids
Confused and broken
Figuring there’s nothing wrong with what they did.
Trying to find answers in a bottle of booze
Like they’re going to be able to lose
Their problems as they please and choose.
The path leading to a night forgotten with clues
That shows signs of regret in endless cues.
Blasphemy is all over the radio.
I desire nirvana around me more than you know....

My Girl
Baby your words slipped too soon.
My imagination is going wild
And it’s not even noon.
No one else knows what we have together.
A treasure from God, a heavenly boon.
Eyes as beautiful as the lucid azure sky.
Such a melodious voice, you had me at hi.
In anything I do, I’m sure to treat you right.
At my airline, this is always how I fly.
We’re too far gone.
Love has us running laps under infatuation
Singing its unforgettable song,
Pumping our hearts with elation.
I can always tell you how I feel.
I can be real with you....
My imagination is going wild
And it’s not even noon.
No one else knows what we have together.

Our Poem
I’m sitting here thinking of you.
How things went so terribly wrong.
Distracting myself, but thoughts of you
Still seem to cut through.
Now that no one is here, there’s nothing
To stop this loneliness from growing.
I venture through ruins of what used to be.
In shattered feelings and adamant memories.
Thinking of what could’ve been.
Holding you tight and knowing this is home.
Staring into your eyes, knowing you’re my happiness.
Sitting in each other’s arms to forget our sadness.
That will never happen.

Burning through Deception (Part. 2)
I wonder which will kill you first,
Your anserine demeanor that never dies,
Or your insatiate thirst
To drown the innocent in your lies.
I’ve seen your countless murder scenes.
Blood of broken hearts splattered everywhere.
The goriest slaying I’ve ever seen.
Your heart deserves to be decimated there.
Here I stand in your dark presence.

Foundations
That path you chose to walk.
Doesn’t seem so bright now
But glistens as you warm up to its boardwalks.
Yet the question is how…
…does one reach these milestones?
When you’re fighting a war within,
But you’re losing because you feel like you’re alone.
Look forward with that smile of confidence.
That negativity of an earthquake
Shakes your foundations.
Trust that structure you’ve grown on to prevail.
Your mind is counting on you to make
The best of even the adverse revelations,
So your heart doesn’t give out and fail.

Relapse, Recover, and Collapse Again
I knew I should’ve let this hole grow,
This feeling of nothingness.
You meant so much to me, beyond what you know.
But damn, I want to say fuck happiness.
Your actions put a severe dent in my heart.
Lost in these sentiments tonight.
How you brought me bliss from our start,
Is left for me to think about, this sorrowful night.
So sick of this endless process.
Relapse, recover, and collapse again.
I’m drowning in this disappointing excess.
I guess it was my fault for expecting too much.
My eyes are jaded of this life, cause it’s all...
