LOVE POEM

Should I cry? Or should I weep?
Should I cry? Or should weep?
It was her face, her skin, her body
I hadn't a chance to meet
I didn't cry, I didn't weep
Over a body I'd never known
A pair of eyes I never saw
I just let her walk away
into her valley of femininity
I understood her soul
and I let her go
And this is how I know
That I love her so
I wish her peace in death
and peace between those hills
And peace for the woman who kisses her breasts
And for the first time, the breath of the wind

Will sweep through her valleys and lift her hair...

Adieu
Adieu, ladies and gentlemen
the boys, the girls
The preteen adolescents
those coked-up
stoned out
down on anti-depressants
Living the dream of growth
We automatize to the incessant.
The light, the sparkle of time,
the shimmer of fate,
The language of the darkness,
We have learned not to feel the heat
The warmth of our hearts, to be numb
We are reluctant, because we do not believe
That we will change, and be come incandescent
To transcend, the great guardian time awaits
To become fate, one must only vision
...

Dollars are paid
It doesn't matter
What I say
Lover, you're tomorrow
Loving everything today
You can think you're not worth
Your "accidental" birth
But dollars are paid
for children like you to be made
Your ugliness is only in
your disgust of a must,
and a will to live
Baby, Tell me, what else have you got to give?
You've got locks of a goddess
And eyes described in sonnets
You're tomorrow
and you're today
What I say

Dying to be Reborn
Sometimes the moments are like this
It's fleeting... but,
It feels more like waiting to take a piss
and less like feeling missed
I sit around and wait for the day
where we are true, not just play
Working a dead end job
for just over a buck more
than minimum wage
And I take that fleeting piss
stop biting my nails off
But it still feels like
Waiting for old enemies to die
Still waiting for that palpable movement
To see you walking towards me for the first time
And it would not be lust or infatuation
Just...
It's fleeting... but,

I am a poet
I am a poet
I don't have to think,
I just have to know it
You don't have to get me,
because I won't ever say sorry
I speak in a haze
Write rhymes of those days
dwell on it over a piece of paper
If it sucks I just save it for later
Or it just flows out
I don't have to think
I just have to blow out
Release the steam
from my cold blooded misery
Unfold along the seems
rip it open, let out my dream
I don't have to think
I just have to know how
before it even begins

Don't Look Back.
Oh, I'm quite at peace with it nowadays.
Been getting it "checked out" for years now.
What was depression was actually a soft rage
I've been falling down for years now
And I just wish I knew how, wish you knew how
There was a bellow from my cage
It blew the dust from my hair, and gave me quite a scare
But then I felt peaceful, enjoying my youthful age
But the dust has collected again, and all I'm doing is being patient
I say, I don't look back in anger, don't look back, it's contagious
Love is all, and all I say is...

Sometime I feel like all my friends are dead
All of the old me is stagnant and filled with dread
I'm gazing up at the canopy, so leave me be
You're home and I couldn't care less
So take your hard earned life & shove it up your ass
You're only around when it's convenient, when things aren't a mess
I've nothing to say to you because I'm always the initiator
"Let's hang out, but I can't drive that far."
"I live off my parent's money and you're only worth the time if you're in my way."
God, How I wish that's what you'd...

Full of Riddles
There once was a time where I wasn't concerned with riddles
I just watched you play your fiddle sitting somewhere in the middle
of the lawn
We'd burn down cigarettes and we'd burn down trees
We'd sit inside, I'd gaze in your eyes when I was about to freeze
But now you're gone and still thoughts of you continue to subdue
The sun rises everyday, and I'm still lost without you
But it's okay now, like it always was, like always, it is
Because I'm one of those true blues, counter culture counterfeits
A hippy dippy fool countin on world...

Tragic Magic: A Song To Me Sang Badly
You know, you're not so strange
You're wonderful and a solid square
And if you ever look back at your friends?
Because they love you to death
Or were they just routes to dead ends?
Projects you never finished?
In yourself, was your faith that diminished?
Because there is something I gotta tell you
You're wonderful and waves of mirth,
Good intentions, and the rhythm of the earth
all follow you because you're true blue
You understand love, and you understand pain
And it's only doubt, but you're only countin' on rain ...

Vanquish The Demon
For the ones who may wonder, I have a secret to tell
It will be a secret told in secret, private tower bells
Ringing in your ear, bringing you fear
In the darkest of alleys, in the deepest of valleys
go there, and you'll hear my voice
"I AM A DEMON!
A breed of the Nocturnal
doing deeds of the inferno!
If I was sweet enough
and lay it all out in fire
could you tell that I was a vampire?
I'll drink your blood and steal your soul
But I'll love you forever and make you whole
Because I am exactly what you hate about yourself

I am alive everywhere, and I see all things
I am omnipotent and omniscient
I am part of you, I am your mothering
I beseech you, I am efficient
I am your god deity.
I am your lover, annoyed with his smothering
I am occult and worth all of the oddity

I am worth all that is yours
Because you are god

Let me take hold, let me be
