Sunlight
A ray of sunlight shines through the leaves of the tree,
Creating a beautiful combination of colors of bright brown, yellow and green.
When the slight sunlight hits my face,
do I shine or become as beautifully bright as the leaves?
Does the light brings a brightness to my face that my dull heart can't?
The warmth of the slight touch of the sunlight reminds me of your love.
A love that was warmth as well as strong, glowing and untouchable.
Just like the sunlight eventually vanishes, you did too.
When you left you took away the light and...

The Inevitable End
Feeling like I am drowning I gasp for air
while seating alone at night in my bed.
Finally, I have acknowledge the fact that
I can no longer fight my inevitable end.
My heart beats faster as the time comes closer,
acting like a clock that does not let me forget
that soon I will no longer have time.
My vision becomes blurry when my mind thinks of my end.
In my loneliness, my streaming tears try to cleanse my pain.
Tears and pain that no one is close enough to wipe away.
but soon there will no longer be needed someone to wipe them
because...

Dear You, Open This Letter
Dear You,
I am sorry for the delay on writing this letter to you. Many times have I sat looking at the blank document on my computer without knowing how to start. I know what I want to write but I cannot find the appropriate way to express it. Like any other "story," I guess I have to start with the beginning, but when exactly was the beginning? I am sure that by now many people have told you that you cannot do something. The smell of lust fills the room,
Sweat runs over our curves,
Our breaths becomes our melody
and our beating hearts the rhythm of each thrust.
Each movement makes us eager for more,
harder, faster, slower, deeper....Ahhhh!

Black Hole
Anxiety spreads like a cancer through my blood,
every second that passes becomes harder to stop it.
I can’t stop thinking,
My mind is a battlefield.
Thoughts, answers, questions, worries, hopes,
everything bumping against each other,
everything screaming to be heard,
to overshadow the other.
I try to fix myself,
to silence the unstopping battle in my mind.
but I can’t.
The worst fights are those against yourself,
when it doesn’t matter how much you try to,
you can’t mute what your mind has to tell you.
I try to make sense to...

Wanting you.
Hard to believe a year has almost passed.
We acknowledged each other in September
Exchanging glances at each other when we passed by,
Occasionally laughing at dance practice,
Sometimes even saying hello,
But we were never brave enough to truly talk.
The tension between us burned like fire.
Each day we were eager for more,
Each day our emotions getting harder and harder to control.

Never gone
It’s the middle of the night,
a sudden rush woke me up
and there you were,
right on top of me.
Your eyes searching,
looking intensively into mine.
I catch my breath,
God I missed your eyes.
But how come you feel so real?
I reach and touch your face,
without more said we were kissing.
A real kiss,
the kind of kiss that leaves you breathless.
Soon enough we explore each of our bodies,
rushing, urgently but with passion.
Neither of us want this to end,
but we know soon it will.
Our bodies move together, ...

We are lost,
Lost without a path to follow,
Lost from the world.

Searching for a truth,
Searching for hope and chance,

So Close To Goodbye
What would you do if you knew you had one day left
to say whatever you want to say to the one you love?
We have been best friends since seventh grade,
And tomorrow is graduation day.
You will be staying in a College close to home,
I will be leaving far away from you both.
No one believed a boy and girl could just be friends.
You prove them wrong but I couldn’t keep up that way.
Now our friendship is not that strong,
Now you do not come to me when something is wrong.
Every day I wish we could go back to being best friends,
Every day I wish...

Again
Once again I fooled myself...
I promised myself it would never happen again.
How stupid could I be? That I truly believed,
That I would keep that promise of not to feel.
Not to feel love for you
Not to feel anything for you
But not to feel turned out to feel.
The more I ignore it,
The more it keeps growing.
The more I tell myself i hate it,
The more I know that deep down,
I'm once again fooling myself.
I cannot help myself to love you,
You cannot help yourself not to love me.
But it is not just us, it is everyone else. ...

Lost
I look at the mirror and I do not recognize who I see
lost eyes, without a soul they appear unseen.
No glow or flare came out of that glance
the essence of life was no where to be found.
If you looked attentive for a heartbeat you could see,
deep down in those hollow eyes, roaring for help was a gleam.
A gleam battling the darkness on a quest to come to life.
A gleam waiting and waiting until the right time.
Oh,but what a shame,
no one realize the pain this always happy girl
bears deep down...
