Eyes Of Darkness
I mustn't be staring into the eyes of darkness
The serpent comes into perception from out of the wood work of my wilderness
Offering me all thy beauty that lies within the realm of my world
I hear his rattle hum, consumed by cunning
My land is weak yet trying with all that beens given to remain strong in my will
I stand before the fruits of my tree of morality
Given upon me since the beginning, I was present there so long ago
The consequences are a forbidden outcome
That has cost me more than what this life offers
From out of the plains of high...

Shadow of the sun (Revised)
Shadow of the sun
Forever im shunned
All my burdens have been cast upon
Now dying all alone, wandering in bereft
Far, far away from home
I'm just a shadow of the sun
I'm just a shadow of the sun
A flower melting down
Cursed in darkness
Plight with serpentine teeth
Rapes me deep
Burn like a falling star
Fading into the night
Never to return
Heaven within is dead, hollowed chest
A hole without a vibrant soul
Chasm that grows, swallowing up rays
Across the sands I walk
Footprints following me

Forever im shunned
All my burdens have been cast upon

Learning to paint my skies all over again
Not by numbers this time, I only have one life
But a life time of second chances to make it come out right
With a mix of colours I see forth from in front of my eyes
Canvas set to come alive
How beautiful this life of mine is
Where the fuck have I been this whole time?
Wasting away the dawn!
Learning to love all over once again
Piercing thy heart drain out all the dark
Defibrillate flatline, breathe from suffocation
Black gives way

Shadow of the sun
Shadow of the sun
Stricken with darkness
Plight with serpentine teeth has become the curse of me, burn like embers in my night
Pectus excavatum, hollowed chest
Chasm that grow eternally
Swallowing up soft light from apollos horizon
Across the fields are broken refactions, desert sky is now ripped open
Jakob enters the valley of my temple
Spirit wrestling with the angel
Upon the witching hour
Winds howls like wolves
Twisting, turning lighting crashes
Shadows of the fallen watching
Celestials of the one hundred and forty four...

Thundering
I awoke this morning
As I do every morning
A routine that's been with me since the beginning of learning to live and breathe
But today is different, somehow someway
I feel it in my soul down to my bones
I mean everything still looks the same
When staring into the outside
I hear thundering...
Or is it just me
I can feel it all the way down to the soles of my feet
As my soul begins to dig deeper root
Somethings headed my way
There's a breeze, it's a little more stronger than before
Sweeping it's way in, I can see the underside of...

I'm Zinnia
I was put upon the window sill garden
Next to begonia, awaiting the sun
Day after day rising behind us from the east warming our flowered souls
Then setting upon our faces from the west
Rays dancing on blooms
Then suddenly she died, oh my how I cried
No hopes of a resurrection for you my dear
I'm beginning to wither away myself
Life has become busy as I'm becaming less important, neglected
My little patch of earth is now just dry dirt
I'm being invaded by house ants and spiders
Cobwebs abound my sky, wrapped in silk
I'm a nest for flies...
Next to begonia, awaiting the sun

Forevermore Enslaved
Slavery is a forbidden outcome
It's inhumane, I loathe at the act of such and to the ones that afflict
You shall burn forevermore, cowards
Taking freedom for granted
Till the end of your time, it is something you shall never have, setting out killing your own souls
Migrating to your death
Your days beneath the sun will be counted for all that you have done
Action shall be judged upon, mercy will not be speared
Sentencing will be given accordingly
Handed over to the parting, death will come along
Leading you away from faded skies
Ablazed...

Spiritual Transformation
I've had hole in my heart
The size of loves world
I've been locked out by it
Robbing self from pure joy
Drying up true passion from in my streams
Bones cracking, vitality of mortality
Thick sludge, moisture evaporating
Trombosis, poor circulation
Inner being hurts, blood vessels begin to burst
Wanting freedom from this curse!..
I've been down for so long...
I've just now begun to undergo change
I'm a changeling, see me change
Closing my eyes, breathing in the air that I breathe
Tasting the sweet breeze
Shedding...

Memorial Day
Bright stars and broad stripes
A banner that yet waves high in the sky, by dawns early light
Oh can't you see it, like the great north star that depicts just who we are
As we proudly hail, wearing it upon our sleeves all the way till twilight's last gleam
To the men and women who serve this great nation of ours, sacrificing their lives
A simple truth that lies and sears deeper than then that of a hot branding iron, a crest
Swearing it upon their hot breath
A vow, promising to serve and protect
Wearing upon their chest like a shield of faith and a sword by...

Bitter
Sky is stretched
As far as the eyes can see
A mass of thunderheads move in succession
Breeze sweeps against the pines
Birds chirp, perched upon branches of green canopies
Apollo blazes his beams piercing the billowy ceiling
Providing warm sustenance upon clay beings
Souls come alive in shadows
I'm surrounded by the outside
Washed in everything and sundried by ultraviolets
Kids at play feeling their laughter
I begin to desiccate
Moisture from inner being, escapes me

Thoughts swim in around my head...
