Whisper
As it deepens, it consumes.
Fighting fire with fire.
My heart grows weak with you.
My eyes get heavy.
Tires of weeping.
Lies, deep in burrows within them.
Stop these tears! Stop this fire!
For I'm unsure of who I've become.
Everyone has disappeared from around me.
And left me here to burn.
I can't take it anymore!
Skin beneath nails leaving lines for your apology.
Do I get an apology?
Do I get to hear your voice again?
You are slowly burning my heart and soul.
Embers glisten in your remaining darkness.
This wind storm...

In the beginning. I was almost at end.
Green replaced with blue. Your no longer there.
He looked into my eyes so deep.
Deeper than you did.
Deeper than you wanted.
Deeper than you were.
It scared me.. I wasnt used to it.

Tears behind a locked public toilet.

Beyond this world, ear firm against his chest.
She listens... A sound unfamiliar. a sound so new.
Beyond this world, hands scraping along his back.
A new feeling. However familiar. A feeling of surprise

Counting Glitter- Diary Entry
Last night, I had a dream of a wishing well.
Pretty stone In your backyard.
But... I didn't have a penny.
Only a fist full of glitter.
Just before I threw it, I looked down at my hand.
White. Beautiful. Ash colored glitter.
I remember when you gave it to me.
Like a promise.
Pretty glitter.
Then all of a sudden out of know where, you walk on by.
It's so strange how we've become strangers over night.
I used to know you so well. Like you knew me.
You walked on by as if you've never known me.
As if I were merely a peasant....
