T.W.A.T.
Panic button pushed firing up the war machine
Air raid sirens of hysteria
Blaring what politicians never really mean
Through the smoke, the mirrors, your capitalized fears
Is The War Against Terrorism that remains to be seen
T.W.A.T.
Grand was the experiment in arrogance
Incompetence at the helm of national defense
Budget cuts, under orders, neglect of the borders
Missing boards, gaping holes in the security fence

The Brick House {entered in the Childhood Home Comp}
everything meticulously kept
beautiful trees and gardens enveloped the
hard exterior
everything always looked
good from the outside
we were the perfect
white middle class family
it was the times
that what happened
inside, stayed inside
yes, we had the perfect white picket fence
to the back yard
the gate that squeaked whenever
you tried to sneak in late
hop scotch in the driveway
kickball in the street
all the neighborhood kids
somehow ended up in our yard
the beautiful dogwood trees I...

I must live in my lantern
Trimming subliminal flicker
Virginal to the bellows
Of Experience
mina loy
night, dissolving in labyrinth of scattering wandering
catacombs of unborn psalms reverberating
valiant mind doesnt know any mercy
three words flux in zooming whirl

The Constitution ENDORSES Religion
The First Amendment protects "the free exercise [of religion]".
Since the Amendments have become part of the Constitution itself,
this means the Constitution guarantees freedom of religion.
But why does this amount to an endorsement of religion??
By the Founding Fathers giving space
In the Constitution to Freedom of Religion,
This amounts to them saying religion is IMPORTANT,
Well DESERVING of that coveted space.
That by itself amount to an endorsement of religion!
If the Founding Father had written this...

Money Grows on Trees
Money grows on trees
We live in a land where a piece of paper defines a mans worth. A piece of paper I said, separates a man who has a heart that beats, lungs that breath, legs to walk, eyes to see, lips that smile, and a soul that feels what is real out here in this world from another man with a heart that beats, lungs that breathe, legs to walk, eyes to see, lips that smile, and a soul that feels.
A piece of paper man.
This piece of paper can't
Talk. At least not literally...besides if money was not so high on a pedestal then the phrase "money...

Eowyn's Song
Running
I sprint
Dashing into war
Not in want to make a name for myself
Leaving such a fool's misguided folly
To the unrequited sycophantic
No opportunity for despair
Fewer moments to spare for melancholy
Unwavering is the gilded blade
I wield impossibly in the frantic
Charging through the collapsing lines
Fury of the axe upon tin shield
Flaming volley raining down
Everywhere around me on the battlefield
Dodging the poisoned tips of spears
Becoming painfully numb to my fears
As I watch yet another...

Salem Redeemed: The Final Act
(Written for the "Fuck Plagiarists" competition)

Here's To The Lies
You're courting center stage
With the man who was my lover
Oh, it's such an honor
Armored in this hideous chiffon gown
Even though an hour ago
You ducked into the coatroom, undercover
Where his brother's sweaty fingers
Pulled your smelly G-string down
I wish you both
All the joy and happiness
In the world
As I stand here
Biting my tongue
With my knuckles curled
Tightly around this bouquet
Blood fleeting from my fingers
As I abstain from objecting
To this mockery on display

how I feel
Do you really enjoy this the scars and pain.
The scars on your arms and legs I tell you this change and live in Jesus Christ's name.
I'm telling you believe it or not it's real heaven and hell.and the love of Jesus Christ.
In a world of sin you know you need a savior and I'm telling you who it is.
And if you don't get it I hope you see it.
The so called stories are prophecies being slowly unfolded and spilt..
Just like his blood there will be wrath.
In a world of sin with faith there is light.
There is love and forgiveness in repentance.
So listen as I...
