Liberals v.s Conservatives

Yes you can think about it that way.

Might take a shot but especially in today's world, liberal and conservative aren't as far apart as they first appear on the surface. I certainly wouldn't identify either as "new school".

instead of thinking how
to better serve
the greater good,

There are some things I'm conservative about and then there's somethings I'm liberal about.  It's not old school vs new scool.  When it comes to education I'm liberal.  Education should be free.  When it comes to sex I'm conservative.  I think pornography should be illegal.  What you do in your bedroom is between you and that person.  I don't want to see it.  Homosexuality makes me want to throw up.  I don't date outside my race or ethnic group.  When it comes to religion I'm liberal.  If you want to worship Satan then that's you.  When it comes to money Im stuck in the middle.  I am an Independent voter I dont belong to a political party

Conservatives. Liberals. In the end we are all Americans
Americans with good hearts and major flaws
Americans that despite our short comings, still can stand tall.
In the end we all want the same things
Success. Love. Happiness. Respect. Peace within
What we have to do is stop pointing blame at each other
and instead find common ground, and uplift our sisters and brothers.
If we all want those 5 core things
Why don't we stop and work together to bring...
a brighter future for our youths
a world without hate?
See, what I don't understand is
why we refuse to learn from our past Father's mistakes?
War isn't necessary
Peace can be found
but only when we create and take action, now.

See, it seems to me it's all about the money
Tax us, cut us, bill us 'Everything comes with a price'
But what us Americans refuse to see,
is that the main thing we need in our life comes totally FREE
That's peace, respect, kindness and love.
It's FREE for the world and the value goes above



instead of taking ACTION and CREATING CHANGE
We rely on weak leaders, sit and complain
While those leaders just create followers
like mindless beings, we continue to flock to em'
Wake up! Know your worth!
You are more than just a check mark on a box
You are more than a number or color
You are an American. A Being. A Warrior.
You are part of the Human Race
and that's who you should be keeping in mind
when it's time to stand in line
Vote to benefit the future and honor those left behind.
Vote with those who sacrificed their life, in your heart.
Vote with peace in mind.
Vote for a leader that create leaders -unafraid to admit his shortcomings
Vote-not because of race, family pressure or political party

I give you one better: TAKE. ACTION.
Act up!
This world isn't going to get better, by sitting on it's ass
Change comes from making a move even before the votes are cast

Bottom line:

America isn't republican vs democrats or Us vs Them.
We all are Americans. Love one another. Respect each other. Help one another.

Our next 'Leader' can be our savior or demise
you decide
Will you continue to build walls?
Or finally open your eyes and your heart?

The right to vote, Democracy.
Why should it be left to you?
We as part of the moral upright class,
